Min plats är tvärs över gatan från en av Newport bästa surfstränder och nära fantastisk utsikt, restauranger och restauranger, familjevänliga aktiviteter och nattliv. Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av strand, grannskap och en avkopplande, sorglös livsstil. Min plats är perfekt för familjer, barn, par, soloäventyrare, affärsresenärer och alla som vill leva strandlivet.

Min 3bdrm / 2bath är nyrenoverad med kakelgolv, nya badrum, ombyggt kök med bänkskivor i granit, infälld belysning, stor frontmöblerad uteplats med grill och gratis tvättmaskin och torktumlare på plats.

Huset ligger på norra delen av halvön Newport Beach (precis vid korsningen mellan orange och PCH). Det unika läget är hem för två (2) av Newport Beach mest berömda surfplatser (56: e och flodmynningen), flera klassiska restauranger och strandbutiker, kajakpaddling i bakkarta, och erbjuder en mer ganska avslappnad version av Newport Strandboende, medan det fortfarande ligger i närheten av all handlingen på den södra delen av halvön.

Det unika läget gör att man kan få en fantastisk natts sömn, hitta parkering med lätthet, njuta av stranden, promenera eller cykla till hela Newport Beach nattliv och är i närheten av både motorvägarna 405 och 55 för dem som arbeta eller resa utanför Newport Beach. Omgivningen är också perfekt för familjer med barn, eftersom det finns många parker och lekplatser inom några kvarter promenad.

local get away

The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Great place, parking, not so much

Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

The property was run down. Cabinet doors falling off, tile floors not clean, mold on shower curtain. Sleeps 10 However, 2 are on a pull-out couch and 2 are on an air mattress. This is not disclosed in the description.

Perfect stay!

We enjoyed our visit! The house was very spacious and clean! The location was perfect. One block from the beach and less than 20 miles to Disney. Leo made the process easy and was attentive.

Home is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, plenty of space for a small group. Comfortable beds and quality appliances/fixtures throughout the house. Host was communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand. The sound of the waves in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening made this place truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay a breeze. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

This is not what you’d expect!!

This pic are very deceptive!! It’s is absolutely nothing like the pictures!! Freeway noise, yucky everywhere!! Bedding curtains pillows bathrooms !! Everything Ver very cheap and dumpy!! We left early!! Could not stay another night. Parking is so bad, noise, flys. There is nothing good about this place. The beach was gorgeous!! That’s it!!

Really great quieter part of newport right by the beach

First off, Leo was what you think of for a host, attending to any inquiries, a well thought out check in message, knowledgeable about the area, and specifics about the place itself. The space was well designed out, comfortable, super clean, modern, and everything worked well. This location is just a 4 min walk to the beach, and there’s a great coffee place down the street with delicious breakfast burritos. Worth it!

The experience was great. Leo is an responsive and nice host. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is open without the crowd of other beaches in Newport.

Disappointed on PCH

We were told the property was located across the street from the beach, not PCH (highway). There is no Air conditioning. To cool off in the evening, we opened the sliding door and window in the living room.We were promptly attacked by mosquitoes. Screens would be nice or a fan.

Minutes to the Beach

this home is 2 minutes from the beach, it was perfect for our family of 10. home was clean and neat when we arrived. there were beach chairs & beach towels available for us to use. Only issue i see is the parking it is very hard to find and obtain a parking spot, other than that we had a GREAT time we will definitely book in the future. thank you Leo

Little Spot by The Sea

I booked this beach house for my friends and I to stay in for the weekend because it was right by the water located in a lovely spot in Newport. Overall, my friends and I had a really good time hanging out at the house and we enjoyed being able to talk a two minute walk to the beach and back. We made a lot of really great memories while staying here and we would definitely do this again! Leo responded very quickly to any inquiries or concerns I had, and I greatly appreciated that. Leo really cares about your stay and will not leave you high and dry. I can’t wait to get back to CA again! Thank you Leo for being a great host!

Pass on this one

I took a chance with this rental, given that there was a single review, but I was convinced by the photos and description that it was reasonably nice. I was wrong. It is rundown and in disrepair. For example, curtains are stained and torn, the patio awning was ripped and taped together, the patio lights were half burned out. The kitchen cabinets smelled of mildew and had a layer of grease and dust throughout. A bedroom curtain rod was halfway out of the wall, walls weren't completely painted, the couch was worn and flaking. The place was so dirty we actually went out and bought spray cleaner and sprayed the place down. Leo refunded the cleaning fee, thankfully. We had to wash the sheets and didn't use the comforter because it smelled of urine (although Leo did offer to buy us a new one). Both bathroom window screens had large holes in them. The property manager has ensured us that he will address these issues with the owner. Also, note that the coast highway is between the house and the beach and the noise from the highway is notable.
