What a great find!

We stayed here for five nights. The place as super clean and had a very well-equiped kitchen. There were spices, oils and condiments available which saved us from having to buy our own. There was an amazing welcome basket with treats for adults and kids! The unit was very quiet despite being a block off of Queen St. West. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this rental......

We were very pleased with this vacation rental! Ann was very helpful and offered great recommendations. The place was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures, also in very close walking proximity to the city. This rental exceeded our expectations and I will definitely rent again when visiting Toronto.

Great location

Fantastic clean apartment. Loved the balcony view of cn tower morning & evening. Very well equiped. Ann gave us lots of tips of where to go and she is very knowledgable. Booked a kensington market tour with jusep and whole family ate our way thru market. Also thanks ann as kids got temp tattoos from king street west place! Highly recommend ann’s place ! Wonderful

My wife and I stayed 7 nights in Toronto to visit the Toronto Fringe Theater festival. Ann was the perfect host and her place right off West Queen Street was the perfect location. Convenient to a multitude of wonderful restaurants, to public transportation, and grocery stores. Everything we needed was provided - Ann met us on arrival and provided us with anything we needed. We would love to visit again and stay at this wonderful place.

Perfect home away from home!

Immaculately kept property in a fabulous location. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and helpful with recommendations of the area! Loved the patio with the view of CN Tower. Would definitely stay here again!

everything you need!

Ann was a great host, she met us at the suite, helped us with our luggage, gave us tons of ideas and even left us with a lovely guest basket that was perfect to get us ready to go for the evening. The place is impecable has everything thing you would need and all products are non toxic which I appreicated. It was our haven to return to each evening!

Great property, clean, modern, great hostess

First of all, Ann is a great hostess, and I enjoyed the conversations leading up to our stay. It was also great to meet her and have a brief conversation with her. As for the property, it was super clean, organized, and comfy. We knew we wouldn't spend too much time just sitting around, so we didn't need a huge space. This place was great for our needs. Everything was updated and modern. There were clear instructions and suggestions for use of the appliances, restaurants, fun things to do, etc. This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a nice area that's not too busy. I wish we could have just rented bicycles and rode around everywhere, but the weekend we were there was super busy due to Caribana. We spent a fortune on Uber rides, but that's not a knock on the house. I would definitely stay here again on a less hectic weekend. -Colby F.

Excellent stay

Ann was extremely helpful both in the run up to our stay and while we were there. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our stay. There is a very good supermarket about quarter of a mile away, and it is easy to access the main tourist destinations by walking or using public transport. The CN tower is visible from the apartment. Ann made us very welcome, was helpful, and always available by telephone should we need her advice. There was a lovely welcome basket for us on arrival. Would stay there again. Second bed is a sofa bed but still comfortable.

A Grand Slam. Location, amenities, comfort, and hospitality.

Although a relatively short stay, we we're able to pack many activities due to Ann's suggestions and the location. Within walking of great shopping and a short train/bus/Uber ride to all the great things to do in Toronto. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Michael, Elise, and Quinn

Slice of Nice in the city

We arrived with Ann meeting us at the home. She had many recommendations for local spots to see and visit. The home was nicely renovated and had all the amenities needed for our stay. There was a welcome basket with treats that made me feel welcomed. Being a homeaway member with a home in Ft. Lauderdale I was totally impressed with the care and thought Ann put in her home. The location was steps or uber away from or needs. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again. Terry and Ivan

Clean and new apartment

Our host, Ann, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience possible, and very easy to contact and communicate with. The apartment was well appointed with all new furnishings and appliances. All the kitchen equipment was there to cook most anything. While the apartment was great, the location was not as close to the main Toronto attractions as we expected, it was a 20 min walk to subway and downtown areas. The back porch/balcony faced an alley with graffiti and trash, it was not a desirable place to eat or relax. I was a little surprised to pay $25 a day for non-garage parking in a small shared driveway, right next to the street.

Tremendous Value, Great Location and Great Hosts!

This suite has recently been completely renovated "from the studs out", according to the owner. And it shows - everything is in tip top condition from the soothing paint colours to the new appliances and everything in between. I really enjoyed my short stay here and would definitely come again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a 1-bedroom (plus pullout bed in the l/r) place with all the fixings. I also appreciated all the little details my hosts took care of in preparing for my arrival. I received a note about a play at the Theatre Passe Muraille, less than a block away in case I was interested. The bathroom was nicely laid out with soap and towels there was a Brita water filter in the kitchen topped up prior to my arrival, a delicious assortment of cookies and snacks, a personalized entry code on the front door lock to name just a few things. Five stars!

We enjoy the excitement of Toronto. Toronto is a happening city, that is why I have so many visitors from across the world! There is so much to do & always something new! I love traveling & I like to travel light so my suite has everything you can think of so you don't need to bring a single item. From lint brushes to laundry soaps, I want you to feel like this is your own home away from home!

The reason why we purchased this property is because we are so close to all the excitement in this amazing city. We can walk to all our favourite restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, theaters, AGO, parks, sports centers,etc, or you can take local transit. When you come back from all the excitement, you can cook in my gourmet kitchen or just walk to so many types restaurants. A car is not necessary!

I renovated & decorated my home to make it the most comfortable as possible. I believe in purchasing the best furniture, mattresses, chairs, linen, towels, kitchen appliances,
dishes, utensils, etc... I have everything that you can think of in my suite for my guests, from lint brushes to bath soaps! I enjoy meeting guests from all over the world, so I will meet you in person!
