Family fun

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to be right by the beach and walk down/up throughout the day. Such a beautiful location and views. Thanks for allowing us to make great family memories. I wish there was a full length broom to sweep more comfortably.

Perfect Location and Great Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the manager was wonderful and all information was clear. The location is right in the heart of Orange Beach with access to all the things. We will be staying again!

Perfect location! Food was right across the street. We could walk to play out put. The kids enjoyed pickle ball courts. The grounds were kept in immaculate shape.

2025 Beach Trip

We had an awesome experience. The condo was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. We enjoyed it very much, no issues at all. We will be back and would highly recommend this unit and host.

It was great! Clean and close to everything! No bad things to say. Only issue was pull out bed not working but great air mattress took its place!

Very nice

Condo was very nice and comfortable. View was perfect. Everything worked. There was an issue with one of the elevators during our stay, but management had it fixed within a few hours. Us and several like us were leaving our beach chairs, umbrellas, toys outside of the condos in an effort to keep the sand out. There are several alcoves on each floor where these items would fit and not be a safety risk. However, we were told we had to bring all those things inside, and so did everyone else. I just really think the condos would stay in better shape if there were better areas outside for folks to keep their beach items.

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be Ocean Front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Being up on the 9th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen and 1 Full beds + 1 queen sofa bed in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
