Detta charmiga 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum hemma ligger på en hel del som säkerhetskopierar till skyddat land. Varm och inbjudande design, bra trädgård med uteplats. Vackra trägolv, bänkskivor i granit, alla nya apparater, kaffestation, stor master suite. Kaklat badrum, central luft, eldstad.

Great place

Diane’s home is great. Close to Saratoga lake gives you that great “getaway “feeling. It is clean and has all the amenities you need. Diane was extremely helpful and accessible. I would highly recommend her home.

Lovely property

This is a beautiful home in a pleasant, peaceful neighborhood. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Diane was easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

30 Lakepointe is ON point!!

We had a marvelous stay at this lovely home. The location was very convenient and the property was perfect for all us. Nothing was overlooked when it came to ease, pleasure and comfort. The surroundings and the atmosphere were positively tranquil! We are all in agreement that we’d happily jump at the chance to stay again!!

Beautiful home close by Saratoga Lake

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our vacation in the Saratoga Springs area. The living areas are spacious and 2 and 1/2 baths was perfect for 5 adults. We enjoyed the propane fire pit in the evenings. Diane was easy to work with as well.

Perfect accommodations

Winter holiday with family

My family and I had a delightful holiday experience here in this Saratoga Springs home. We made lovely memories that will last a lifetime. It was just what we needed! Our hosts we so considerate, having decorated the home for the holidays and leaving little treats. It was spotlessly clean and very cozy!

Great Location!

We stayed at this lovely home while competing at the Saratoga Spring Classic Horse show. The location is PERFECT – less than 10 minutes to the show! The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained and well loved by the owner. The yard is peaceful and relaxing. There is a high level of communication with the owner, you can sense that she wants you to enjoy the house as much as she does.

A wonderful getaway!

This is a wonderful and adorable house, clean, modern and comfortable, with lots of little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. Great ammentities including a large gas grill and fire pit, and my son loved watching the bunnies and birds that frequented the backyard. Importantly, the hosts were responsive and communicative and overall lovely people. Conveniently located at Saratoga lake and a few minutes from the town of Saratoga and not too far from Lake George if you wanted to visit that area. Highly recommend!

A Super Week in Saratoga

The house was all it was advertised to be. Three bedrooms accommodated our group of 5 perfectly. The house was well furnished and supplied with everything needed to live as if in our own home. The neighborhood is quiet, shopping and restaurants are near. The Saratoga Racecourse is a 10 minute drive and the center of "town" is a 12 min. drive, both along a very scenic lake shore drive.

Saratoga Living at it's Finest

As the "Tracksideview Krewe" made its annual sojourn to Saratoga for Travers week, we were fortunate to have stayed in the beautiful home of Joe and Diane Flynn. It's wonderful location to everything Saratoga and surrounding sights was only surpassed by our hosts attention to every detail no matter how small. Luxury hotels in the area would be hard pressed to match the accommodations and the Flynn's thoughtfulness; so in behalf of the Hill's, Anderson's and Francis', thanks so much and see ya'll in 2018.

My husband and I are retired. We moved to Saratoga Springs in June of 2016 after 20 years of living in Las Vegas Nevada. We both love it here, no more desert for us! We are originally from the south shore of Long Island, grew up in Wantagh (Jones Beach). Second marriage for both of us. I later moved to Setauket, NY on the north shore, where I raised my three daughters. My husband moved to Windham NY, where he raised his two children. He also owned and operated Thedfords, a steak house in Windham NY. After we got married I joined my husband in Las Vegas where he had moved for business reasons. We traveled and explored the entire West Coast while living in Vegas, from Alaska to San Diego. It was a wonderful experience and I do miss CA and the Pacific. We had enough of the desert and decided on Saratoga Springs after visiting family here for several years. We could not be happier with our decision.

We decided on this property after looking at apartments in the area. Our thoughts were to live where we would not need a car and could walk to restaurants etc. Upon realizing that our rent would be as much as a mortgage payment and that we would miss having outdoor space to enjoy we explored other options.
I love this location, anywhere I go requires a ride around the beautiful Saratoga Lake where there is always something to watch. Whether it be watching the college crew teams or having drinks at Lake Local while enjoying views of the lake and boaters it is all good!l
