En modern historisk pärla i en byggnad med 10 enheter i Eastport eller som lokalbefolkningen kallar det Maritime Republic of Eastport eller "MRE". Byggnaden från 1880-talet har totalrenoverats för att fånga den gamla världens charm med den utsatta fabrikstakstenen men uppdaterad med hårda ordgolv, plantage-fönsterluckor, graniträknat öppet kökskoncept, vardagsrum och matplats, dubbel fåfänga granitmästarbad och ett privat trädgårdsområde med matsal och grill.

Detta är vårt hem med mycket få hyror eftersom vi vill att andra ska behandla det som om det är deras eget. Det betyder att den är mycket ren och välutrustad med moderna bekvämligheter som central luftkonditionering, kabel och WiFi. Obegränsad gatuparkering och bekväm låsbox vid ytterdörren.

Great Eastport stay.

Great location easy to catch water taxi's or just walk to restaurant. The Townhouse was clean and very well stocked. We will definitely come and stay again.

A very convenient location .

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the condo . The location of the place is the best in town : walking distance to everything, surrounded by restaurants and stores . The condo is very clean and pleasant .

Perfect place for our stay

This cute place worked out perfectly for our stay. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, and well furnished. It is in a safe and convenient neighborhood so it's one less thing we had to worry about during our hectic week with my son's commissioning week activities. The host Jenny was also very pleasant to communicate with. Overall, it's a 5-star place for sure!

A Class Act

A spotless gem of a home on a quiet street a short walk from downtown Annapolis. Excellent restaurants nearby, plenty of free parking on the street.. A good value for the price.

Perfect place to stay in Annapolis!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Jenny & Patrick's place in Eastport, Annapolis and enjoyed every minute. We wanted to get a feel for the area, and visit with relatives in Davidsonville and friends in St Michael's. It was the perfect place to stay! We loved walking to the coffee shops and restaurants in Eastport, people were very friendly and we had some amazing food. Our VRBO was clean and so comfortable, had everything we needed and is in a great location. We will definitely rebook next time we're in town!

Perfect Location

Great Stay in Eastport/Annapolis!

This townhouse was the perfect place for a visit to the Annapolis and Washington DC area. We had everything we needed, very comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jennifer was quickly available to any questions we had. Very walkable and safe area. We had a great time!

adorable, roomy 2 bedroom condo super convenient to USNA (1 mile to gate 1) but away from DTA.

would definitely rent here again! Convenient, excellent communication with owners, no issues with parking, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room. 1 mile to gate 1 at USNA. Eastport very quaint.

Amazing location to DTA, USNA and the water.

Perfect spot for our family to spend with our midshipmen. Everything is walkable- and we loved taking the water taxi everyday from the abutting condo marina. We walked to dinner, the ocean is a block away from every side. Condo has everything you need, and on a quiet side street so parking was never an issue.

Memorial Day weekend

The accommodations were exactly what we needed! Beautiful place, great location….we were forewarned that parking could be interesting due to the holiday weekend but always managed to find a spot in front of our place or just around the corner. The place was well kept and well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication before and during our stay. Definitely A+

Great Getaway!

Home is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with water views nearby. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Inside the home was clean, modern, and cozy. Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have made it better would be better cable channels and a hammock lol. Besides that I give it 5 Stars. Will most likely return. Thanks ....

So clean and excellent communication

I was so happy right when I opened the door to the townhouse. Everything was pristine and fresh. The owner was such an excellent communicator- the whole process was so easy. Location was great, parking was good. My only suggestion would be to upgrade cable. Our weather was cold a bit so we couldn't do as much outside, so only having 5 channels was a bit of a bummer. (I needed my HGTV fix!). I would give the overall experience 10 stars if I could!

Everything we hoped and more!

This property was absolutely perfect. We really appreciated the history behind this property and the way it has been updated. Unlike many properties, this is fully and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable, Much as we loved the location and taking advantage of the Eastport/Annapolis area, we enjoyed hanging out and actually carrying in for dinners, etc. The owners were readily available and welcoming. We will certainly return and recommend this rental to others.

Great Eastport option!

The house is beautiful and great location to DTA! We appreciated all of the extra cleaning /sanitizing items left for us as well as a nicely stocked kitchen and pantry as we find our best memories include chats over home-made meals! Jenny was great to work with throughout the process!

We stayed here for 2/C Parents Weekend and had a great time. The location is walkable to DTA, USNA and all of the great restaurants in Eastport. Clean, comfortable, great location and easy checkin and communication

We are two from the Midwest that learned to sail while our professional careers took us to Pennsylvania 25 years ago.

Our careers have taken us away from the area but we travel back to Annapolis quite a bit to relax and enjoy Eastport / Annapolis.

We love history and love sailing. Two great combinations in a place that has been updated with modern conveniences but has the historic charm. Our neighbors on Murphy's row are great along with all the locals who enjoy the quiet side of Eastport with historic Annapolis just steps away.
