Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located just a few blocks from Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the Port of Barcelona. Very close to the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find over 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.

The apartment has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi.

The building has been completely renovated with a modern style, while still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable and bright living-dining room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, which gives access to a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs; the fully equipped kitchen also has access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor of the apartment there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower. On this same level there is another small terrace.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
