Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Ramblas with 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room, you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv. The apartment is located in a lively street next to Ramblas and the Contemporary Art Museum. It is also only a few minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, the Gothic Quarter and the Boqueria market. Apartment was amazing and spacious. The folks at elite, Matteo, andreas and crew were amazing.Only negative we muat say was the road it was in and the neighbours. We had kids playing and yelling well into the midnight hour.

Wij bezochten met 4 collega’s een congres. Appartement vormde een goede uitvalsbasis door goede centrale locatie en handig dat er 3 badkamers waren. Locatie is dicht bij ov en loopafstand van enkele hotspots.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. Having three bathrooms for just four of us was a luxury, as our two adult daughters could have their own space. With a decently sized living area and kitchen, we had plenty of room to hang out together, a priority for the stay. The location was nice, and we were within walking distance or a quick taxi ride to many spots. The management was attentive to our concerns and requests and also reserved a taxi for our trip to the airport. Thanks, En Ville for a great experience!

This apartment was a great set up for two families travelling with kids with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was conveniently located to restaurants, transit and attractions. The property managers were helpful and responsive to messages. Our unit had the same layout but not the same furnishings as the one in the photos. In reading other reviews, we may have lucked out and been given a unit on a lower floor - less stair climbing for us! Our group also appreciated having access to laundry facilities in the building. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was very accomodating as we arrived very early. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment while the cleaning ladies worked to clean the apartment, which they were excellent at doing. Matteo came to the apartment once cleaning was done and went over a map explaining several places to visit.As my wife and I are accustomed to sleeping on a king-size bed, I was concerned about the size of the our bed. We would say it was closer to a queen size bed versus a double. Very comfortable.Also I had heard the A/C in some places might not be like what we are accustomed to and I have difficulty sleeping in warm temperatures. We had the thermostat set on 23C and it was great.Very modern design, well equipped. Very quiet, never noticed any outside noise/traffic.Elevator was very small. You do have to go up several steps to get to it, but not bad. It could take a few trips to get everything up.It is several minute walk to the bus stop, but area is very flat, no hills to climb.The wifi worked well, no issues. We did not watch TV.Bathrooms all good, no issues.We did have a power outage in our unit one evening. We checked breakers, all seemed good. Was able to get hold of someone, I do not recall who, at number provided for VRBO contact. They answered right away and suggeste turning alll breakers off and then turn all back on. That worked.Lastly they provided us 3 keys to the unit which was very helpful.Highly recommend!

Going back to our roots.

My family and I were in Barcelona visiting the birthplace of our grandmother. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great, washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building but free of charge. Location was good, a 7 minute walk to Placa Catalunya and a 3 minute walk to a Metro station. The staff was great to work with, Mateo met us at the rental when we arrived and went over everything with us. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate a group of 6 this place was good for that, also very convenient location as we could to the Rambla everyday walk to restaurants, shows and museums we wanted to visit. Very walkable to everything. Highly recommended

I would look for another option.

The unit we stayed in is located on the third floor, but it feels more like a sixth-floor walk-up. There is a small elevator, but it can only accommodate up to three people. The apartment walls are very thin—you can hear almost everything from the neighboring units and the street below. Nighttime noise from both the street and neighbors can be loud enough to disrupt sleep.The location of the apartment felt questionable. Both our Tuk Tuk driver and private tour guide commented on the safety and overall quality of the area.There were also some issues with the amenities. One of the bath towels was stained, and the landlord was unable to provide additional blankets beyond the single extra one already in the unit.In my opinion, I would look at other options.

Spacious 4 room, 3 full bath apt.

Well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We ate in two nights and had everything we needed. We did a laundry and had no issues with the wash, but the dryer did not dry the clothes quickly.

Great apartment, very helpful manager

Great apartment within walking distance of nearly everything (although I walk with crutches so I took taxis). Very helpful management. Note that there are stairs so not suitable if you're a wheelchair user. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms meant there was plenty of room for us all. Barcelona is an amazing place to visit, and this is a great base to visit it from.

Great Apartment

The staff was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. We paid half owed online and the other half when we arrived. I was nervous about this, but everything went smooth. They charged the exact amount owed and, overall, it seemed like a very reputable company to deal with. The neighborhood was a lower middle-class area but felt safe with many food options. And we were very close to many tourist sites. Also, the building seemed very secure with cameras everywhere and a locked entrance to the building. We did stay over 2 weeks so a vacuum in the unit would have been nice given the maids do not clean the floors or exchange bath towels. Also an extra set of towel per person would have been nice as it would be easier to wash them. Other reviews have mentioned the noise and that is a thing. You do hear the people above you walking and banging around. But there’s a small open space along the length of the apartment and another building of apartments the other side so you hear the yelling and parties going on over there. Regardless of a few small issues, I loved the space for a family and the colorful neighborhood and this company. I would definitely stay again:)

Family of Eight

The location was perfect for walking almost everywhere or taking a short taxi ride. We had 8 adults - 3 seniors and 5 in their 30's. There were enough beds, which were very comfortable, and the master suite was definitely the best. Having 3 bathrooms was a definite plus for this many people. We were on the go for most of the trip, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment. There was room for all of us to sit in the common area and breakfast bar, but it's a little cramped for 8 adults. We were on the 4th floor (6 flights of stairs), a bit of a climb, but there's a 2-person elevator if you can't make it. It was great to experience what it's like to live in an apartment in this historic area of Barcelona.

So - So

Location was OK, Easy to get around. At times it was noisy (screaming baby in the complex). On top of the baby screaming the last evening we were there someone called the apartment and threatened to kick us to the street if we didn't quite down. It seems like someone had their channels crossed and were very upsetting to us. ---- think twicw before coming here!!!
