Duplex apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom located just a few blocks from Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the Port of Barcelona. Very close to the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment, where you will find over 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.

The apartment has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi.

The building has been completely renovated with a modern style, while still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable and bright living-dining room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, there is the bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom with a shower.

Our Reception is located at Passatge Sert 1, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00 onwards.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
