The Gables cottage rests near Boroughbridge, Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The property is suitable for holiday use only, and not appropriate for commercial use. Additionally property is not suitable for children under 8 years old
The Gables is an annexe to the ownerâs property on the outskirts of Boroughbridge. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size bed (zip/link, can be made into twins on request) and a double with Juliet balcony, together sleeping four people. Completing the interior is kitchen, a sitting/dining room and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. The Gables is a wonderful retreat for all to enjoy this part of Yorkshire. There is a local supermarket fuel station which is a short walk from The Gables with EV Charging. There are also EV charging points in the main car park in town.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Juliet balcony. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Please note: Property not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.6 miles. There is a place where bikes can be securely locked to a gate safely out of sight of the road. Please note: the property is suitable for holiday use only, and not appropriate for commercial use.
