Villa Kastalys a newly built modern villa located at the suburbs of Faliraki and Kalythies town, only 2 min drive from one of the best beaches of Rhodes , Traanou, Ladiko, Faliraki and Antony Quinn Beach
The villa is surrounded by 1.360 meters of land around it and a high wall for total privacy.
Just outside the living room, you can enjoy the view of the private pool and Jacuzzi. A spacious sun deck around the pool is available for sunbathing and a barbeque area for preparation of meals.
Villa Kastalys has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms- sleeping up to 8 persons, 4bathrooms, 1 wc. All bedrooms have new beds with box spring mattresses, new linens with embroider sheets and pillows, air-conditioning, heating, blinds that provide total blackout during the day time and free unlimited WiFi internet access which can also be used outdoors.
The tastefully modern decorated and furnished living room is airy and open plan and it offers a large curved flat screen smart-TV with satellite international channels.
The property has an exceptionally equipped kitchen. Home appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board.

The property is located at an excellent strategic location as its near to everything that a guest may require! It is only 2.5 klm away from the nearest super market, less than 1 klm away from one of the best beaches in Rhodes island, beach Traganou, Ladiko bay and Antony Quinn. The house has completed construction in june 2020 and offers all kind of comforts for luxury living.

The outdoor surroundings are private and there are outdoor furniture and lots of space that makes it even more comfortable for guests to pick and choose were to seat according to their preferences.
