It is perfectly situated for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in Philipsburg. You can walk along the boardwalk or take your car for longer distances.

The main entrance of this 2-story villa draws you immediately to its’ commodious veranda
offering picture-perfect views of Great Bay, the St.Maarten Port, and the Dutch side capital Philipsburg. The mélange of turquoise, aqua and navy-blue water is simply breathtaking.

Enjoy that first cup of morning coffee with a front seat to the early arrivals of the cruise ships or simply laze around at dusk as these magnificent flotillas, in their full night-time regalia, sail out of port.

The open floor plan of the first floor, encompasses an expansive living room, that opens up directly onto the veranda. It includes an office nook with desk and printer, a sleek and stylish gourmet kitchen with all of the modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen, is well laid out and will encourage even the most timid of chefs to try their hand at making a home cooked meal while on vacation. For those guests that prefer to be catered to, we offer chef services on a daily basis.

The junior bedroom suite is very spacious and has a magnificent outlook from which you have direct access to the outdoor porch and views of Great Bay harbor.
The suite is equipped with an in-room bathroom that is generously outfitted.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all of which have magnificent ocean views.

The very large master suite, has a king size bed, walk-in closet, in-room bathroom, a flat screen TV, and Bose audio system.
All rooms are airconditioned for your comfort.

The guest room, which is furnished with twin beds, (can be converted to a king size bed) and an in-room bathroom, is very well suited for a family with young children or adolescents. Beds can be left separated or pushed together to make a queen size bed. All rooms are airconditioned for your comfort.

The Junior suite, is very spacious, with a self-contained bathroom, a king size bed, and Bose sound equipment.
Easy access to the porch and a wonderful view of the ocean makes going for an early morning swim in the pool, a breeze!.
