The one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, the main attractions of the city.

It has free air conditioning, a safe and Wi-Fi connection.

This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 300 metres from the apartment.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), the key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00 onwards.

Arrivals after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of €30.
