Amenities are NOT free and limited to 8ppl only

We booked this house for the amenities and were essentially unable to use any of them. The house holds 12 people and boasts amenities such as a Rec Center for swimming and games and a private beach. We were very upset when we brought our party of 12 to the Rec Center and were turned away. Not only do you have to pay $15 per person, but you cannot even enter the facility with a party of more than 8. It would have been very helpful to have this information spelling out ahead of time. Our afternoon plans were ruined and our children were very upset. Also to note is that the Private Beach is accessible to larger parties, but does cost $15 per person. Beautiful house and location, but if you are planning to use the amenities, please be advised of the above.

The Dixie fire messed up our stay

The house and location are beautiful. However… this is managed through Tahoe Getaways. Go read their Yelp page. Lots of poor reviews relating to customer service. We had our vacation ruined by thick forest fire smoke the house was uninhabitable and they wouldn’t or couldn’t do much so we missed half of our stay. It’s too long a story for here but our experience with Tahoe getaways was obviously less than ideal. The house is great but I would pass as long as it goes through this management company.

Nice house

House was very nice with enough room & space for 10 people as it stated on web site. We stayed during hot heat waive 88-92F. it was uncomfortable on top floor from 1pm to 6pm even with curtains closed to block sun & fans turned on. Downstair was cool. Communication with rental office was good. However, I am little disappointed about supplies for toilet paper & paper towel. We found 3 of 1/3 full of paper towel in the kitchen. 1/3 to 2/3 full of toilet paper roll in each bathroom. No coffee, No salt & No Pepper, all because of COVID. If they are really concerned for spread of COVID, they should supply house with fresh new roll of paper towel & toilet paper instead of left over from previous occupant. We stayed in rental house in Northstar in September 2020 & Maui(Hyatt Hotel) in May 2021. There were no problem with supplies.

Perfect luxury and fun

House is spectacular and has plenty of space to have fun and get some Quiet time for zoom class or work. The house has everything you could need and the property managers communicate everything you need to remember via email or text. The only suggestion is to purchase more hot tub towels. There were only 2. Also there should be more bath towels available in the closet as the towels don't dry well in the colder air. For light sleepers you can hear the snow blowing machines all night so bring a sound machine! It was a great stay at the Four Seasons and we plan to come back in the summer

Beautiful home in a great location. The home was well appointed and very comfortable for 2 families. The state of the art kitchen made it easy for staying in. The rental company was very attentive and responsive. we would definately stay here again.

Amazing Rental

We spent a wonderful week at this rental with family and friends. The house is amazing, great views of Tahoe Donner Skiing and so comfortable. We went downhill and cross country skiing and sledding right in the backyard. Everyone had a great time! We will definitely rent here again in the future!

Great Home for a Snowy Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend in the mountains. The house is large and comfortable for a big group of friends. The main floor is open and inviting; the kitchen is spacious and great for cooking large dinners, and the massive couch is comfy for hanging out. We loved being adjacent to Tahoe Donner Downhill resort; even though we didn't ski there it was nice waking up to the mountain every morning and watching the groomers at work in the evening. The large hot tub and pool table were added benefits that we enjoyed taking advantage of.

The house was exactly as described on the listing. It was clean, organized and fully stocked! The amenities were great. The kids loved the pool table downstairs, my friend and I got a massage at the Recreation Center, we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and going to the private beach at the lake! The staff was SUPER helpful and were quick to answer any of our questions. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

The only thing that would have been nice would have been one more full bath as there is only one shared between 3 bedrooms downstairs. This house does NOT have air conditioning. It was a very hot weekend in June and that was rough until the sun went down. Also bring your own wine glasses. This home only had 1. Last the neighbor next door lives there full time and is not keen on us visitors and will let you know if you talk outside. Other than that, it’s beautifully appointed and is right at Tahoe Donner ski slope if you want for the winter.

There was a bed for every person, great views (for the random snow storm we encountered!), good clean BBQ, and a great layout that ensures everyone can participate in games or conversation whether we were upstairs cooking or downstairs playing pool. Hopefully this property is available again next year!
