Bod Arfor offers a comfortable, relaxed and spacious escape, perfectly suited for large and extended families or groups of friends. Our flexible accommodation can be set up as one whole house or seperated into two four-bedroom properties each with their own kitchen, lounge and dining areas, depending on your needs.
Accommodating a total of 15 over 8 bedrooms, this property is the perfect getaway, relax all together or find your own quiet space, enjoying hearty meals and evenings catching up over a few leisurely drinks, cards or a board game.

We have tried to maintain as many of the original features in the front half of the house as possible, decorated in a luxurious monochrome style reflective of the original Victorian hall tiles whilst the back of the house is a celebration of the name Bod Arfor – that sea! It is decorated in colourful beachside tones with fantastic views of the sea. Our dining table will comfortable seat 15 and our 3 lounges are equipped smart TVs and superspeed broadband for all of your viewing or gaming needs. This means that there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Our back lounge can also offer projection screening on request.
The accommodation is laid out over three floors with all the bedrooms being impressively sized enjoying high ceilings and period features. The views from the side and back bedrooms are stunning. The accommodation consists of seven double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, We can configure into double, king and twin on request – we want to make sure your stay is bespoke for your needs.
We have 2 main bathrooms upstairs, a downstairs shower room / toilet and a separate downstairs cloakroom. Full washing machine and dryer are available.

The property has off-road, secure parking for up to 4 vehicles, accessed by a private. The outside offers three enclosed lawn areas, one to the front a second to the side leading off the conservatory and a third at the private rear, again providing several options. There’s plenty of space for outside dining and BBQs whether on the lawn areas or the back terrace.
There is ample space to accommodate your bikes, surfboards and outdoors kit, allowing you to bring all you need for enjoying the beach, sea and space that Trearddur Bay has to offer.

For smaller parties who may still want to book one of the two halves of this splendid property, talk to us about your requirements and we may be able to work out rates based upon your occupancy requirements, depending on availability.
We work closely with several local firms and can offer a welcome shop for your arrival on request.
The management team live locally and will ensure that everything is as it should be, ahead of your arrival and are always on call throughout your stay.
Please note that we abide by the strict Covid 19 stay safe clean scheme and as such have removed some additional soft furnishings, games, games consoles, books and DVDs. To ensure we all stay safe, we have new check out and check in times to allow our cleaning staff the sufficient recommended amount of time to deep clean the property for the next guests. We would also request that, on departure, all bed linens are placed in the linen bags provided in each room. This will help keep our cleaning staff as safe as possible during their clean.
