Located in a quiet and family-friendly area, it is just 4 km from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and the town centre, where you will find restaurants such as Can Gavella, supermarkets like Eroski and all types of services. It is also close to points of interest such as the S'Albufera Natural Park (8 km), the Hidropark water park (13 km), the rocky beach of Son Serra (14 km) or the Alcanada golf course (17 km). Palma de Mallorca airport is located about 55 km away.
Outside, the property features a well-maintained garden, furnished terrace, barbecue area, and private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It also offers outdoor parking within the property.
