Just back from a brilliant holiday in a delightful property. The location was ideal for us. Close enough to civilisation but not in the thick of it. A 2 min walk to the sea where we snorkelled and sun bathed every day. When we arrived the house was beyond our expectations. It was clean with all mod cons and our wonderful host made sure we had some essentials (milk, bread, butter, coffee) and also left us a huge bowl of fresh fruit which lasted much of the week. Our host communicated well and met our every need.I would definitely rebook this property for next time.

The perfect villa for our first family holiday. Maria was a great hostess, nothing was too much for her. On arrival we were given a tour of the property, the fridge and cupboards were full of essentials to get settled in. Maria went out of her way to pick up another cot and delivered it that very night for us. The property was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool was perfect for the two little ones, although we couldn’t stay in it for too long as it was a bit chilly for the 4 month old. Location was great, walking distance to two lovely restaurants. Alcudia port was about 30 minutes walking. Would love to come back soon :)

Wonderful week in Mallorca

We spent a fantastic week in the height of the summer in this lovely villa. Maria was a great host who was there when we arrived and had stocked the fridge for us so we didn't have to dash out after a day of travelling. The area is quiet and just a short walk (5mins) from the coast where there are a few restaurants and a SPAR shop. We had a lovely time and I can't recommend Maria and her villa enough :-) Muchas gracias!!!

A Perfect Spot for a Quiet Getaway

Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Fab half term family holiday 🌞

Lovely clean and well equipped Villa in a quiet residential location. 6 adults and 2 children. Easy walk down to the sea. Maria stocked us up with loads of essentials and a big bowl of fresh fruit. La Terraza restaurant/bar is lovely and the Spar and bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Old Town AlcĂșdia and the Marina area with sandy beach are just a short bus journey away. Market day is Tuesday in AlcĂșdia old town - lovely crafts, food, clothes and handbags 👍

Wonderful Villa and excellent Host in Maria.

Arrival slightly unusual due my being admitted to hospital early on day we were due to arrive. Maria arranged to stay late to ensure the rest of family were settled in. The excellent A/C and fans helped keep the villa comfortable despite the soaring temperature. Everyone was very pleased with all the facilities and especially when Maria cooked them a traditional meal one evening. Excellent villa wonderful host, what more can you say. Just sorry I missed it.

Beautiful house and great location

From the first minute to the last our stay could not have been better. The house is just beautiful, a wonderful master bedroom with en-suite and balcony, and 3 other double rooms. The living area was comfy and inviting though we spent most time outside around the pool. The pool was great, and got the sun all day. Just a short 2 min walk to the coast. Maria the host was amazing. Great communication, and could not have done more for us. There was so much wonderful food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and he husband and daughter were there to show us round and answer any questions. Great Wi-Fi, has BBQ, modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine with pods. Thank you so much Maria, we will definitely be back!

A pearl in Alcanada

Very comfortable and spacious house in a nice and quiet street. We were two families living there during two weeks and had a wonderful experience! The pool was big and was highly appreciated for the lazy days under the sun. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you very much Maria we hope to see you soon again!

Practical living

The villa was well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable. Everywhere was clean.We enjoyed the pool and the added toys for the 3 year old in our party. A lovely nearby restaurant. And bus stop in a 5 minute walk.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool war sehr angesagt, da wir ja richtig GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter hatten. Mietwagen sollte man unbedingt mieten fĂŒr diverse EinkĂ€ufe. Das Restaurant, dass zu Fuß erreichbar war, hat uns leider nicht zugesagt. Also spĂ€ten Nachmittag rein ins Auto und los. Somit haben wir auch immer leckere Restaurants gefunden. Nicht ĂŒber die gegenĂŒberliegenden Kameras wundern, die dienen nur zur Sicherheit. Keine Überwachung. ;-) Ich hoffe ich habe nichts vergessen. Unterkunft ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Maria, die liebe Frau die ein in Empfang nimmt, ist jederzeit fĂŒr Fragen und Antworten offen und sehr nett. Zur spĂ€ten Anreise hatten wir Pech mit Essen gehen, aber keine Sorge - es gab genug Obst, der KĂŒhlschrank war mit Kleinigkeiten gefĂŒllt und Toastbrot war auch da. Also sind wir bei der Anreise nicht verhungert.

Wir waren mit fĂŒnf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern (3 & 4) dort und es war wirklich perfekt! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die KĂŒche, aber auch z.B. Poolspielzeug fĂŒr die Kinder und Poolliegen etc.), die Raumaufteilung war super und der Außenbereich mit Pool ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin MarĂ­a ist super toll - uns erwartete ein prall gefĂŒllter KĂŒhlschrank, Vorratsschrank und Obstkern (damit wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten) und MarĂ­a war immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten (z.B. war eine Lampe kaputt und wurde direkt repariert).Die Lage ist hervorragend (mit Mietwagen, in der Tiefgarage haben zwei Autos locker Platz): Eine ruhige Wohngegend, man ist mit dem Auto aber auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Zentrum von AlcĂșdia. Ein Kiesstrand ist fußlĂ€ufig entfernt, man kann dort prima schwimmen und ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen unter BĂ€umen ergattern. 100% Weiterempfehlung!!!

The location is quiet, near the beach, a small play park and Spar. Everywhere else is easily accessible. At the end of the road, La Terazza is an upmarket restaurant with fabulous sea views, delicious food, excellent service and it is reasonably priced. Maria and her husband go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful holiday. We have had the privilege to stay in some wonderful places all over the world but none have been as generously equipped as this one. Every room was immaculately clean, as was the pool. The kitchen has everything one could desire from a salad drier to an ice cream scoop. As well as the fridge/freezer there is plenty of cupboard space for dry goods. There is also a utility room and a double garage. In addition to the two bedroom balconies, there is a roof terrace. Beach towels are provided and there are beach chairs and buckets and spades. On arrival there is enough food in the fridge to see you through at least to the next day plus all the basics. Needless to say, our family of three generations had a fabulous holiday.

Great villa

Just got back from a week at Maria’s villa.Maria was there to meet us on arrival. Slight language barrier as she doesn’t speak any English and we don’t speak Spanish, but we pointed our way round and she showed us around the villa.All rooms were clean and as shown on the pictures.Pool was lovely and we used it every day.It was quite a walk down to the town / Port but there is a bus that runs every hour so we got that most days and then walked back later as the bus finishes about 9pm.I would definitely recommend Maria’s villa as we had a lovely stay.Nice welcome pack too.

We had an excellent stay at Maria’s villa. She provided supplies in the fridge which made things much easier for our arrival, including something for dinner . The villa was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kĂŒmmert. Absolut schnelle und problemlose Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Es war sogar eine Grundausstattung an Essen, wie Obst, Toast, Butter, Milch, Kaffee, etc. vorhanden.Vielen Dank Maria!
