To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front.
Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk, town centre is 15 minutes walk and the property provides easy access to a local amenities . Hi, we are delighted to have purchased 6 Hatfield Crescent as a holiday home for family and friends and also as a Holiday Let. We live in Hampshire and have recently become grandparents so are looking forward to all that the surrounding area has to offer for all age groups. We have had dogs all our married life and include them in all we do so we very much want to do the same here and it seemed the ideal location with all the walks, restaurants and sporting activities right on the doorstep!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The house is already a very successful Holiday Let and the previous owner has been most helpful in linking this in with us. For adults and children alike there couldn't be a better location for a holiday by the sea. The house is roomy, modern and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The perfect location in our eyes with miles of headland, coastal paths and beaches within minutes of the front door. Lots of sporting facilities, bars and restaurants nearby and the harbour and shops are a 15 minute walk away. There are several surf schools and surf hire shops a short walk away and a golf course is directly opposite, with many more within a short drive. Newquay itself offers many, varied attractions including an Aquarium, Zoo, parks and numerous beaches. The property also allows easy access to all the coastal towns of North Cornwall.

Multiple rooms in the property have direct views over Fistral beach allowing you to watch the waves role in and out and to take in the fabulous Newquay sunsets. We could sit and look out from the lounge for hours with a coffee or glass of wine in hand, it is truly spectacular.
