You dream of putting the car down, taking only the bike to go to the lake, the ocean or downtown Vieux Boucau, relax by the pool, play a game of ping-pong, petanque, billiards or relax in the hammocks ... Do you finally feel like you're on holiday? Villa MaĂŻalen will allow you...!!
Villa MaĂŻalen, located in the town of Soustons Plage is ideally located 5 minutes by bike from the ocean, the lake or the center of Vieux Boucau; Everything is done by bike (available free of charge) by the bike path that passes at the end of the house!
If you want to visit the allentours you are 15 minutes by car from Hossegor, 30 minutes from Bayonne, 45 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz.
Villa of 290 m2 with indoor and heated pool (April to September) of 8x4 m that can accommodate up to 16 people on wooded land of 5000 mÂČ. Ping-Pong table, bowling alley, beach volleyball court, mini football, French billiards, home cinema room, hammocks, sun loungers, terraces with wooden tables, benches, parasol.

-Room "oceane" with double bed 140x200 and bathroom with walk-in shower and basin.
-Master Suite with bed 180x200 and bathroom with bath, double sinks, toilet.
-mezzanine with cinema room (video projector, Blu-ray player, soundbar, games, relaxation ...)
On the ground floor:
- large kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...
- Large cellar with additional fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer.
- Living room with French billiard table
-Living room with TV, wifi.
- room "surf" with bed 160x200
- room "Landes" with bed 160x200 + 2 bunk beds 90x190.
- "Basque" room with bed 160x200
- Room "cottage" with a bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x200, with television and games console.
-Large bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and bidet.
- 2 separate toilets
Two large outdoor terraces with tables and umbrellas, outdoor wooden lounge for aperitif. Outdoor plancha.

Linen and sheets not provided.
Mandatory cleaning fee for the end of stay to be paid on the house : 250 euros.

Loan of fifteen bikes of all sizes (repairs, damage or theft at the expense of the tenants.)

We are sorry not to take the groups of under 25 years. In order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood we do not allow parties.

Sehr schöne und große Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Fabienne, die Concierge ist sehr freundlich und hat sich viel MĂŒhe gegeben.Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht, die wirklich toll ausgestattet und sehr grossrĂ€umig ist. Fabienne, die Concierge ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und steht bei sĂ€mtlichen Fragen schnell zur VerfĂŒgung. Einziger Nachteil des Hauses aus unserer Sicht: das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und der Pool hat eine Alarmanlage, die beim kleinsten Wellengang ( zb wenn Regentropfen im den Pool fallen) anspringt und das gesamt Haus weckt. Teils auch mitten in der Nacht. FĂŒr lĂ€rmempfindliche Personen wĂŒrde ich das Haus daher nicht empfehlen. Ein weiterer Punkt: in der Beschreibung war die Anzahl der zur VerfĂŒgung stehenden RĂ€der anders als das was wir im Haus vorgefunden haben. Uns standen 5 RĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung.

Prachtig huis, keuken fantastisch uitgerust. Een bijzondere kamer, die denk ik iets later is bijgebouwd, was perfect voor 2 jongens voor 19. Er was geen airconditioning, dat was toch in de hete dagen een gemis. Prachtige tuin. Heel fijn dat er 6 fietsen aanwezig waren: deze zijn vaak gebruikt om naar strand heen en weer te gebruiken. Enige, relatieve nadeel was de ligging tov een best drukke weg. Het geluid v d auto’s was zeker merkbaar.

Great Holiday House

We had really nice two weeks in this villa. Everything was as mentioned in the description and it was a perfect fit for our family. Nice pool, a lot of space for different acitivities and good support from Stephanie. We will come again.

Nous avons passé un super sejour avec les enfants et petits enfants, tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Beaucoup d'espace extérieure et intérieure. Super piscine, terrain de pétanque et table de ping-pong ont ete trÚs sollicités. Nous recommandons cette villa.

Une superbe maison !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis dans la maison, l'extérieur autant que l'intérieur sont adaptés à un grand groupe, les vélos mis à disposition permettent d'accéder facilement à Vieux-Boucau, l'arrivée s'est faite trÚs facilement et en avance ! Un super séjour, nous avons prévu de revenir l'année prochaine !

Great property

A great property close to beach and overall we enjoyed our week. Unfortunately though there was hot water in one bathroom only (none in kitchen and two other bathrooms for the whole week when there were 13 of us staying at the house), we spent a lot of time on the phone to the owners trying to get this fixed but without success. Then on departure the property manager charged us €100 for a broken lamp we did not break (accused of driving into it, when the car never went near it). On arrival we were told we would have to pay an additional €250 for cleaning at the end of the week, but on departure were then also told that we had to pay a further €100 cleaning supplement given the condition of the house (even though we had swept the floors and generally tidied up), very disappointing...

GREAT LOCATION FOR A BEACH & TOWN HOLIDAY

With a group of 8 adults - friends and family - the villa proved to be a great location for visiting the beach as well as trips out to local towns such as Bayonne and Biarritz. The villa is very much an older architect designed construct and suits group or family guests very well, with a wide range of activities available on site. We would visit again in the future as the location is great, particularly as we went out of season and so missed the French holiday period.

Villa conforme à nos espérances. TrÚs satisfaits de nos relations avec les propriétaires qui ont été trÚs à l'écoute de nos questions depuis le début de notre réservation jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Merci à Fabienne pour son excellent accueil, ses conseils et sa bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. nous avons passé un séjour mémorable dans une villa trÚs vaste et bien entretenue. Merci aux propriétaires pour la mise à disposition des vélos, c'est un grand plus pour la réussite des vacances.

Ein schönes gerĂ€umiges Haus mit viel Platz - auch im Garten, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet sowie einem ausreichend großen Pool. Der Strand ist mit FahrrĂ€dern. (am Haus vorhanden) in max. 10 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, obschon es nicht ganz ruhig ist durch die NĂ€he zur Straße. Die Vermieter und Ihre „Concierge“ sind ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit kleinem Makel

Dieses Ferienanwesen hat alle Erwartungen erfĂŒllt. Ein sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Der Pool ist wunderbar ebenso wie die beiden Sitzbereiche fĂŒr Essen und Enntspannen auf der Außenterssse. Das AußengelĂ€nde ist in seiner WeitlĂ€ufigkeit und Bepflanzung einfach der Hit. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das GrundstĂŒck liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Landstraße. Die Autos sind nicht zu ĂŒberhören. FĂŒr LĂ€rmempfindliche ist das Haus daher nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns an den LĂ€rm gewöhnt, aber der Abzug von einem Stern muss sein.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine en famille(12 personnes) Les velos a disposition nius ont bien servi soustons plage et vieux boucau a 15 minutes max par piste cyclable La maison ne manque de rien des jeux et jouets sont aussi mis a disposition la literie est recente La piscine est tres agreable Le seul bemol c est les tables avec bancs pas tres confortables sur toute une semaine Je recommande cette location

Superbe !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa de Stéphanie et Christophe, qui font tout pour que les locataires se sentent bien ! La maison est magnifique, rien ne manque, et elle est trÚs spacieuse. Le jardin est immense et aménagé avec terrain de pétanque, volley, table de Ping-pong
 Des vélos sont mis à disposition avec piste cyclable juste derriÚre la maison ce qui est super ! Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
