Beautiful view from balcony of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Made good use of Publix supermarket a short stroll from the condo. Very clean apartment and a very accessible owner. Parking in the apartment complex and shops and food available on the ground floor if you choose not to leave the building.

Fabulous!

We had a great time. The condo was perfect--clean and beautiful The complex had convenient and excellent restaurants. We would recommend you try out Casablanca. It just opened the Wednesday we were there. Primo's was good as well. We enjoyed the open market and the Dolphin Mall and just cruising around seeing the sights. Thanks to David for making our trip easy to plan and enjoy. Maria and Michael Waldrop

Cute condo

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, nice to have the washer and dryer; views were nice. Wish there was a King size bed in the rooms but what was there (queens) were very comfortable.

Miami Getaway

This property is the perfect oasis for a city getaway. I loved the proximity to the trolley, tram, restaurants, attractions and supermarket. After watching all the tourists doing crazy things driving, did not miss having to worry about parking a car and driving in the madness. Public transportation was pretty easy to figure out and got you to most points. Uber was readily accessible for longer treks; usually there within 2 minutes. Condo has everything you need, pool and hot tubs were really relaxing after a busy day exploring. All the shops downstairs were great too; they didn’t charge outrageous prices, although they could have. The marina at the hotel rented water “toys” (jet skis, etc) very convenient! The only thing I don’t recommend is checking in at 2AM; desk didn’t seem to know what to do-no paperwork for some reason. This property and owner are gems overall and I highly recommend.

A true Oasis!

Everything exceed my expectations. What is shown in the pictures is exactly what your getting. Extremely easy check in process, spotless condo, amazing views, great location, and excellent host! I have never been to Miami and wanted to make sure I got the full experience and David was very helpful with making that happen. Would definitely rent this condo again and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a miami getaway. It was hard to leave this place. Looking forward to our next visit.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

My family and I loved our time in Miami at beautiful this condo. It was impeccably clean and ready for arrival. The view of the Bay from the balcony was amazing. I loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and we had everything needed for cleaning. David, the property manager was awesome! He ensured a smooth check-in, allowed us to check out late due to airline changes and and was available for all of our questions during the trip. We definitely recommend! Thanks so much David!!

Beautiful views, great location

Stayed at David’s condo while on a girls’ trip to Miami. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located close to all of the main attractions. Views from the balcony were breathtaking. The host was very responsive and friendly, and provided recommendations for attractions in the area. Highly recommend!

Appartement parfait, vue et situation idéales

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans l'appartement de David. Sa situation est top pour la visite de Miami et environs. L'appartement est propre et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. David est très disponible, réactif et ayant à coeur de rendre le voyage de ses locataires agréables. Nous recommandons cette location avec magnifique vue sur la baie pour des vacances idéales.

Wonderful tropical paradise

I come to miami a lot. This is by far one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in. The view from the livingroom and bedroom is even more amazing than his photos. The condo was tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all of the amenities you would want to make a gourmet meal even though my chef friend didn’t feel like cooking the whole trip darn! The back bedroom is the master attached with a bathroom and is quieter since you can’t hear the seagulls without windows. David is so sweet, he even had flowers champagne and balloons in the condo when we arrived since one of our friend was being honored for her medical research at the NIH! The only complaint I have is that the coffee maker has too many buttons and with two MDs and a Chef/Lawyer we could not figure it out so we boiled water like ancient times. Also the check in process can be a little lengthy because of security verification and also “island time” culture of some staff from the Caribean which is just everywhere in Miami. So I suggest stop by the restaurant and grab a glass of wine and pretend that you have all the time in the world. ... you are on vacation. Thanks David we had a great relaxing time.

Amazing Miami Condo AND Owner!

This condo was amazing - exactly as the pictures show! The location in Downtown Miami is perfect proximity to "everywhere Miami" - whether a quick drive to South Beach, walking distance to American Airlines Arena, or Publix Grocery store only a 2 minute walk. Even better than these features though is the owner - David is very accommodating and only a quick text away if you have any questions. David - look forward to staying next year! John & Sharon

This was a great vacation. The condo was lovely and comfortable. The view was impressive.

The condo is on the 24th floor with a great view from the balcony and from the living room. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The Galaria on the lobby level was expensive but the gelato is yummy. David and the hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. We had a car with us as we were traveling all over. The garage is convenient but very tight fit so drive slowly and pay attention. Overall it was a great and relatively affordable way to see Southern Florida.

A wonderful home away from home in Miami

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, bright, clean, comfortable, centrally located apartment, which features a pleasant kitchen, a breathtaking view of the Bay, an extra-large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a well-equipped gym. Beautiful condo with amazing views.

We absolutely loved our stay here at The Grand. The hotel/condo is amazing with a plaza attached so you just pop downstairs for a coffee, a sandwich, maybe get your nails done, and enjoy some gelato. The condo had everything you could imagine needing. The kichen and bathrooms were fully stocked. We will be back. David was amazing throughout the whole process. Thank you again. The Cuoco’s

Wonderful condo with great views of Biscayne Bay. Next to a beautiful park that is safe at night.

We were welcome by the owner’s rep and given a welcoming orientation to the property, which is clean and well appointed. The health club in the adjacent Doubletree hotel is very convenient.

Beautiful Highrise!

Thank you so much for contributing to my Miami experience! The condo was beautiful and included all amenities. There is a grocery store one block away (Publix). When my friends and I were initially looking into places we were considering booking in South Beach. This place is literally 15-20 minutes away from South Beach which was perfect because we also wanted to see Little Havana which was only a couple of minutes away. The host (David) is extremely tentative and helpful. David provided a lot of information including recommendations on places to see and visit. The views were gorgeous, the pictures are accurate in what you can expect with this place. There is AC in this unit, which is a definite must. I will say that the AC to the rooms was a little weaker from what was provided in the family room however it will not effect my rating as I was still able to feel the air. In addition, the cleaning products used, left an unpleasant odor. Overall, the place was very clean and I eventually got used to the smell (just initially did not care for the smell of the cleaning products used: personal preference). Again this was 5 star because everything was great! David thank you for everything and I look forward to booking your place again!! Cheers!!!

Great Location, great property!

My husband and I and another couple of good friends spent a long weekend here. The condo was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the large deck with great views over the water, not a night went by without us visiting for awhile. During our stay, we took a private airboat ride at Everglades Safari Park, attended a concert at Hard Rock Stadium, took a culinary walking tour in Little Havana, relaxed on a sunset harbor cruise, kayaked at John Pennekamp Coral Reef and enjoyed a fabulour happy hour on a nearby harbor on Key Largo. This condo was an ideal location for all of these activities. The staff at the condo could not have been more friendly or helpful, and the variety of food choices and other shops right in the building provided multiple easy options for a cup of coffee, a quick bite, or a bottle of wine with meat and cheese platter for enjoying on their awesome deck. David was a great host, providing options that he and his family enjoy in the area. He even sent us a quick text to warn us of potential traffic delays the day of our concert! We would be happy to come back.

BEYOND AMAZING

To say this place and the owner were amazing would be an understatement. The owner and his sister were beyond accommodating. He made us feel right at home. The room was one of the best and most relaxing parts of our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this room to anyone. We will definitely be back.
