Mysig charmig Miami 3 sovrum 2 badrum Pool Home. Inom några minuter till stränder, lätt tillgång till kollektivtrafik, inom gångavstånd till restauranger, barer. Avskilt i ett säkert charmigt grannskap med gamla spanska inflyttningstypen bungalowhus blockerar av historiska vackra Banyan Tree fodrade Coral Way. Hemmet har 2 sovrum och 1 badrum i huvudbyggnaden och 1 sovrum 1 badrum mysig stuga ansluten till uteplats med grillplats.

Very comfortable older home, nice layout, private pool with lots of lounging space. Nice residential neighborhood roughly equi-distant to Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile, Brickell. Communication with our host was excellent. Don't miss the Gibson Room and Coral House on 22nd Street!

Our stay here was wonderful. From the moment I booked this home the owner, Sabin, was in direct communication with me offering tons of insight about the local places that would make our stay great. From grocery store recommendations to authentic Miami experiences, he had us covered. The home itself is beautifully maintained and set up for visitors to immediately use as a home away from home. The location was perfect for our purpose in Miami which was to move our daughter into the University of Miami. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The pool was used immediately. Do not hesitate to choose this as your home away from home.

This home is as lovely as it looks! Clean, comfortable and relaxing... there is something for everyone: sunbathing, shady reading corner, a pool the whole family can enjoy. Sabin is a wonderful host with great communication and information about the area. Check in/out was a breeze. We really appreciated having access to nice baby/toddler items and had a fabulous week. Ten of out ten – definitely recommend :)

Our stay was perfect. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be in the Miami area. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals for 5 easily. The pool and outside seating areas were our favorite part, of course. It was just great to wind down after busy days. We would definitely recommend this property!

As former guests of this house under the previous ownership, we fell in love with the place, and begged to buy it from the owner, who finally relented. Naturally we couldn't be happier! As a home-away-from home for us, we also want to share it with you. Since we are a family that loves eclectic, colorful communities and people, we have also fallen in love with Miami, which certainly matches these descriptions.

Though I am from the deep south (Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans), and my wife is from France, the pan-latin culture that permeates Miami is something with which I became familiar when I was a child when I lived in Merida, Mexico. In college I also lived in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and then later worked in Panama, Spain, etc, while also studying Cuba in graduate school in Washington, DC.

It is these experiences that have drawn us to get to know and love the Miami Mix of Cuban, Haitian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Salvadoran communities.

I will help you discover and appreciate all of this as well!

It is so well-located, just 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Key Biscayne Causeway, 5 minutes from Calle Ocho, 10 minutes from the center of Coconut Grove, and 10 minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami, that one can easily discover the real Miami in a very short period of time.

The house itself has original pre-war details, like hardwood floors, and original moldings, but is completely updated and modern, highly-functional and comfortable. The fact that the pool is only 3 feet from the house helps too! Hop in the outdoor shower, and right into the salt-water (heated in the winter) pool!
