4 Fishermans Cottage is a charming three-storey townhouse resting in the town of Whitstable in Kent. There are three bedrooms in the cottage, comprised of a triple bunk, a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin, served by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom, sleeping a total of six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with a Juliet balcony. Externally the property has a private courtyard with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional guest parking on prior arrangement. 4 Fishermans Wharf is a beautiful abode to base a family escape to Kent.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV with Sky and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (suitable only for a young infant - own bedding must be provided) & highchair available. Off-road parking for one car and additional guest parking upon prior request. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles.
