Sea Breeze, Whitstable

Sea Breeze is an attractive white weatherboarded three-storey town house in the stylish Salt Yard area of Whitstable. Its location is ideal being just a short stroll to the beach in one direction and the vibrant town centre in the other and opposite the house is a large green and play park so perfect for children and dogs alike. The icing on the cake is that Sea Breeze also has an allocated parking space in the undercover car park. The interior of Sea Breeze is light and airy, stylish and contemporary. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and outside storage room perfect for storing bikes, pushchairs and suitcases. The first floor has a sitting room with bifold doors opening on to a lovely, private, enclosed terrace, a separate dining room, and bathroom, whilst the third floor has two bedrooms and a shower room. Whitstable is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants serving contemporary dishes including of course oysters which made Whitstable famous. There is plenty to entertain both adults and children including a water sports centre for kayak and paddle board enthusiasts as well as sailing opportunities from the Whitstable Yacht Club. Boat trips also depart regularly from the harbour during the summer months.

Sea Breeze was an absolute breeze

This property was faultless, spotless and so convenient. Parked up the car when we arrived and did not use it until we left. Smart modern 3 storey house with every facility and a great first floor terrace.

Excellent house with parking

We have visited Whitstable several times and this is the best house we have stayed in. It feels light and spacious inside and has all the benefits of a new property including a lovely shower, comfy bed, plenty of seating and the real plus of an underground parking space ( a decent size space but next to a pillar so a little tight for unloading). There is also a public car park next to the house which is useful but obviously a little noisy at times if you have windows open. The location is fantastic; tucked behind high street, next to a green with a small play area and only a few minutes walk to the beach. As this is a town house a stay does require a fair amount of going up and down stairs but was not a deal breaker for us and we would definitely choose this property again.

Spacious,well equipped townhouse

We have stayed at several properties in Whitstable and this is our favourite. It is perfectly located, close to both the High street and the beach ,with the bonus of a small green opposite and covered parking at the rear. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Being a townhouse there is inevitably a fair amount of climbing up and down stairs so this may not suit everyone but the stairs are carpeted and have handrails so feel safe. We will definitely stay here again.
