Magnificent chalet with a big garden close to Baqueira-Beret ski resort.
This typical chalet from the region, Val d’Aran, is built with stone, wood and slate, and faces just south. Is surrounded by an enormous garden, with a view to spectacular mountains.
The building has two floors and a big attic. Very rustic, with inlaid wooden flooring, is both, comfortable and big enough to some friends share all areas and enjoy a pleasant stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Downstairs is an open space mainly used during daytime, in which every atmosphere –sitting room, kitchen and dining room- are delimitated by central stairs to go up to the first floor. A toilet is in the hall.
The garden is one of the relevant spaces of this property. You can access from downstairs to the 600 square meters area with fir trees, ash trees, fruit trees and a little vegetable garden, all surrounded by forests of centenarian beeches.
The upper floor has three rooms, two bathrooms and a separate sauna. The main suite has a balcony, a Jacuzzi and a shower in the bathroom, and an spacious upper loft with a bed for two. Four people can sleep in the second room with two single beds and a double bed. The third floor is an attic with four single beds and a double bed.
The chalet is nicely decorated and is fully equipped. A big fireplace made of stone dominating sitting-room, the piano, some antique furniture and wood everywhere; give special warmth to all areas. You will also be delighted with a wood oven in the kitchen to cook in a traditional way.

Its owner, a young biologist descended from a family of hoteliers settled in the area for several decades, is an enthusiast of nature and great connoisseur of the environment. In the house he has left books, maps and personal memories with the aim of transmitting to his guests the curiosity to know the cultural and landscape patrimony of the area.

She is in charge of receiving clients directly, offering them an added value and personalized attention with the aim of adapting to their specific needs: from providing them with any kind of babysitting or cleaning service, filling up the fridge, providing them with ski passes or Advise them on excursions and visits around.

From the garden you reach Casa Pepe, another magnificient lodgement for 10 people. So, together with Chalet Casa Lola, both houses can lodge a group up to 23 people in the same point.

Tourist tax
Reservations made for stays as of November 1, 2012 in all tourist accommodation in Catalonia, will incorporate an official tourist tax of 6,05 euros per person and night in Barcelona and 0.99 euros in the rest of Catalonia, which It is not included in the price. The maximum amount is equivalent to 7 nights per person and stay. This rate will apply to those over 16 years of age. The fee will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
