There are three ground-floor bedrooms made up of a double, a twin with an en-suite shower room and a single with a truckle bed beneath, sleeping a total of five guests. The property is served by a ground-floor bathroom, with a utility on this floor too. On the first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars, a detached lawn with seating and a front courtyard with furniture. Crosscombe Barn is wonderfully suited to families or groups of friends seeking a scenic escape to Devon. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome (as of the 26th September 2025 onwards).
