Perfect location—short walk to the beach, huge balcony for pretending you own the place. The main bathroom? Two doors, zero locks. It’s like a trust exercise every time you shower. Bedrooms? Also lock-free. Privacy clearly isn’t part of the décor. Still had a great time though, and I’d come back… preferably with my own locks and maybe a “Do Not Enter” sign.

Fantastic condo, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was nice and clean when we arrived. I would recommend bringing any spices you might want if you’re going to cook, and I include salt and pepper in that as there wasn’t any. Communication with the manager of the property was super easy, especially before our trip. I 10/10 recommend this place!

Wonderful getaway to the beach!

Met our best friend from out of state and had a lovely 4 days. Condo is directly across from the beach and easy access to everything. Was stocked with everything we need. A little older of a unit but exactly what we needed.

Another great family vacation

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. I think sleeping 6 could be challenging. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. It had 2 loveseats in the living room area and a table and chairs in the dining area. The condo definitely could use some updating as the paint and the decor looks like it’s been there at least 15 years or more. The newest telephone book was from 2018. The beds were comfortable and for the price I would stay again. There is a slight view of the Gulf from the front bedroom. All in all it was a good stay for the 4 of us.

Beach condo

The place is dated but in good shape, typical of condos in this price range. My biggest complaint is the pillows are small and flat. There is no reason not to have decent pillows Otherwise, was as expected and very conveniently located directly across the street from the beach.

Cozy condo after long day at the beach

Frequent traveler to SPI for beach relaxation and location was perfect just across the street from the beach. Condo met my needs very cozy for a family of 4.

Nice place and location. Just wish it was cooler. We thought we could get away from the heat in SA, but it was just as hot and HUMID. Nothing bad about the accommodations though. Nice place. Thanks

My only thing I’d improve or that might make me consider renting elsewhere is better mattresses and pillows. Definitely bring your own pillow if staying here. Winter Texas stay

Getting key was no problem, pay attention to exact name of your building. Very Clean and comfortable. A little walk away from beach, overall wonderful place to stay. We will be going back :)

Convenient location, great space

We stayed in July 2022. This property was clean and spacious. We loved having two bed/bath. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (we did easy meals/not lots of cooking). The coffee pot looked brand new and sparkling clean. We picked this property for the location and it did not disappoint. Short walk to beach access 22, perfect view of fireworks by Clayton’s off the end of the balcony, great pool area, Kelly’s pub right down the street! My two year old appreciated the step stool as she used it daily in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the couches were not comfy for lounging (did not pull out the sofa bed). The beds/mattresses were very hard. This didn’t keep us from getting sleep but we were a bit sore from them till we got moving each morning. I would definitely stay again.
