Wonderful location and extremely clean

Very nice property with everything you need for a great stay. On 3rd floor so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Master bedroom/bath is awesome and separate full bathroom outside of second bedroom is great. Place was immaculate!

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. Plenty of space for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't mind the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Close to the beach, just a quick few minute walk.

Fantastic stay!

The property is fantastic. Everything is accurately described and as listed. The pool (with kiddie pool) helped a lot when it was time to bring our little ones off the beach. The property was full of families but still quiet. We'll look to Terry's condo first when its time to come back!

The location of this condo was wonderful. It’s very close to the beach. The condo was very well stocked. Keep in mind that it is on the third floor and you will be walking up and down stairs a good bit. :)

Amazing!!!!

The property is exactly what is in description. The place was very clean, everything worked, and even had more stuff than I could imagine! Terry the owner was very helpful on everything and very quick to respond. You would not regret your stay here - trust me! I can't wait to come back!!

Great Condo and Great Location

IÂŽve been to SPI lots of times as a spring breaker and now as a family man. And this condo is definitely one of the best ones IÂŽve been to. (and IÂŽve been to a lot). A couple of minutes walking distance to the beach, a convenience store just around the corner, very nice pool area and a very nice, fully packed and very comfortable condo. Very highly recommended, you wonÂŽt be disappointed.

Well stocked, fully furnished vacation home

We had a wonderful experience with our vacation spot. I was so impressed by how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were with items you use on a regular basis. Most the time you have to think if everything but I was able to cook anything I desired. They had dishsoap, hand soap, every cooking utensil, waffle maker, crackpot even i think and my favorite the margaritas machine! Ice in freezer, lots of towels available. Washer and dryer in the house and a dishwasher with dishwasher tabs available. Super stocked, better than I've seen in my many vrbo and bnb stays. It was also in walking distance to the beach. Which was why we selected it. I had a question and the owner responded very quickly back by text. Very pleased! Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Weird property manager

The place was nice, but we kept getting weird calls and text messages that we were smoking pot on the balcony which we were not that we were parked in somebody else’s space when we were not even on property claiming that we had 6 people when we only had four it was just weird. I don’t know I like the place, but whoever was making these false accusations was just Adaline.

Great place to stay for beach getaway

We booked this fantastic place about a month ago and then hurricane Beryl was headed towards the Gulf coast! I stayed in communication with the host of the condo and was able to modify our trip which was beyond awesome. The good news is the hurricane moved further north so we were not affected. We booked our trip for a week and had a fantastic stay. I can’t rave enough accommodating this condo was. It literally had everything and then some for our stay. Great location! Literally a block and a half from beach access no need to drive. Just pack your wagon and walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable. The beds were great. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is your place!

No Hassles!

We had the most amazing stay! Terry and his wife provide everything their guests may need for a comfortable amd pleasant stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Nicely equipped

This is a great condo for relaxation and access to all of the island. Hosts have it very well set up, super nice furnishings and all the extra little things you might need to make your own food and enjoy your stay. Nice quiet and friendly neighbors staying in adjoining condos and the shared courtyard was very well kept. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect as ever!

This is our fifth or sixth time staying in this unit, and it was seamless as always - Terry is very responsive and the unit and property are very clean an well-maintained. Great condo close to Wanna Wanna and beach

We've stayed at this condo multiple times and really enjoy it. The furnishing are great. We've seen other units in this complex, and this condo is a step above on furnishing and comfort.

A great first trip to South Padre Island!

This was our first time to visit SPI, and this condo was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach (access is right next to Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill) and the condo was FULLY stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and even had a closet full of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. There is also a shower station which also has a hose right next to the pool - a necessity when you are at the beach! The owners were amazing with communication, always responding very quickly and even making special arrangements for us. A few things to note - you are on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have kids and lots of stuff, be prepared! After the first day of hauling the beach wagon up and down the stairs, we decided it was staying in the car when not at the beach. Trying to get it up/down the stairs was not fun. We did have some difficulty with slow internet (making the 2 bedroom TV's inoperable) and causing the main TV to buffer a lot. But this was apparently a Spectrum issue and the owners were talking with them to get a new router. It wasn't a problem for us since we weren't in the condo much. Also be aware that you only have one parking spot that is marked for the condo. Our last evening, we came back from dinner to find someone had parked in our spot but thankfully there was a guest spot open for us to park. But during the busy seasons, this could be an issue if guests are not respecting the designated parking spots. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider this condo on our next visit to SPI.

Perfect Getaway

If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing and great time, then this is definitely the place for you! This is the third time I stay here, and it gets better everytime. The owner is very easy-going and has anything and everything you could possibly think of to make for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to next time. EP
