Havet - det kallar mig! Islander 317 - West Water & Sunset Views!

Välkommen till Islander 317! Gå ut på stranden, koppla av på balkongen och njut av de vackra soluppgångarna och solnedgångarna över viken, eller njut av de lokala vattenparkerna, restaurangerna, shopping och nattlivet!

Vi har privat strand tillgång som ligger bara en kort promenad från Islander lobbyn. Gratis strandservice med 2 stolar och ett paraply är tillgängligt mars-oktober. Du kan också hyra paddlebrädor och kajaker på stranden.

Vår enhet ligger på 3: e våningen och renoverades fullständigt 2015. Den har sval, ren kakelgolv hela, granit bänkskivor och vitvaror, nya sängkläder och nya möbler i matsalen och sovrummet. Det är en två sovrum-två badrum lägenhet som sover 6. Soffan i vardagsrummet viks ut till en queen size-bäddsoffa. Det finns 3 TV - en 55 "plattskärm (med Blu-Ray-spelare) i vardagsrummet och en 32" plattskärm i varje sovrum. Det finns ett träningsrum komplett med en löpband, elliptisk maskin och två överkroppsmotorer bredvid receptionen i lobbyn. Vi har också två pooler (varav en är uppvärmd), flera utomhusgrillar, shuffleboard, tennisbanor och en basketplan.

Vår enhet är en del av The Islander uthyrning program vilket innebär att du får alla de tjänster som anläggningen erbjuder, inklusive 24-timmars reception under sommarmånaderna. Aktiviteter för barn är tillgängliga under högsäsong, inklusive målning på stranden, exotiska djurhållning och mycket mer!

Property was very nice and check-in was VERY easy. House cleaning did forget the last guest wash cloths, but all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great room bad bad

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first went into the master bedroom we noticed there was what looked like a blood stain on the white blanket on the bed. We went to the front desk and the woman working the desk was very helpful and apologetic and found someone to get into the Islanders linen close. At first this second person told us they only had sheets and that we needed to just use whatever was in the closet in the room, however someone did end up coming to the room while we were out and removed the stained blanket and remade the bed with a fresh one. Next issue with the bed was when we actually got in it later that night. We laid down and immediately noticed that our feet were higher than our head ands that the bed frame was not level. We got out of bed and on the ground to look under the bed and tried to fix it ourselves the best we could. It looked like there was the original frame for the bed and then part of another metal frame that had just been set under the bed to try to provide extra support. Please just get a new solid frame for the master bedroom. Everything else about the condo was good. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we liked the overall decor.

Overall nice place!

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Short walk to the beach and with the chair and umbrella included it was a plus. Loved that there was two pool options and how close the condo was to attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Destin.

Beautiful Condo

The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The view isn't terrible but would have loved a beach view, its blocked by other buildings. The condo was clean, beds and couch were comfortable for a 5 day stay, parking was good. Location was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.

Perfect Location, Perfect Price!

Clean and convenient

The unit was nicely updated and looks just as pictured. The complex was conveniently located, yet quiet. Overall a good stay and I would recommend to others.
