Köket har nyligen uppdaterats med nya skåp och apparater och är fullt utrustat med alla verktyg för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov. Samla runt matsalen bord som rymmer 6 eller koppla av i vardagsrummet för att titta på 32 "TV med DVD-spelare och digital kabel tillgång. Det finns en drottning bäddsoffa tillgänglig för gästerna.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en 20 "TV. Badrummet har en badkar / dusch combo. Gäst sovrummet har 2 dubbla sängar och en 32 "TV med en DVD-spelare. Gästbadet har en badkar / duschkombination.

Great place to stay

GREAT VIEW and balcony nice. EVEN though there was some work on-going, we had a nice quiet visit there and felt 'right at home'. Pool area is certainly nice as well.

Perfect Place to Stay at the Beach

On the recommendation of a friend, we came to The Islander and were not disappointed! We could see the beach right out of our windows and balcony. The beach sand is white, and due to gated access to the beach, it does not feel overcrowded. There are many shopping opportunities, and there’s a pool,hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts for recreation. Hope to come back again!

Great Stay

Unit 502 Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent a condo at the Islander 2 to 3 times a year and this is the first time that I rented unit 502. It seemed that this condo is not kept up to the expectations that most guests would expect. The carpet in the living room coming in from the kitchen was coming up from the floor and it was secured with duct tape which wasn’t holding so well. This was a tripping hazard. Also, the paint on the walls in the master bathroom was chipping off the wall. I realize this is a bronze unit but I would expect it to be kept up better than that. We still had a great time and will continue to come to the Islander, but will not rent unit 502 again.

The condo smelled like dogs have been peeing in it for the last year. We are all allergic and I had to try and sleep with a blanket over my face. The even carpet looks bad and should be taken out to get rid of the smell. The main shower was stopped up and the towel rack kept falling down. The pool was really hot and not pleasant to swim in due to that. It was clean and a nice area. The walking distance is easy. We were not allowed to use the sun shade for my kids on the beach. It just sat on the ground and was not a canopy, so I’m not sure why not. There wasn’t a sheet to put on the pull out couch. We also couldn’t get any new towels.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice and great view. However, the con’s outweigh the pro’s on this one. The walls and kitchen floor had chipped paint, with the exception of kitchen of course, everything was carpet that seemed in desperate need of replacing. Didn’t even like to walk barefoot on it. And the most major complaint of all is the king bed in the master bedroom! We couldn’t sleep and had to go to the chiropractor when I returned was that bad. I’m sure the floor would’ve been more comfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. That absolutely needs to be replaced, the twin beds in the other bedroom were pretty much the same.

Reviewer Comments: Smelled like dog pee, caused allergic reaction, miserable to sleep with blanket over my nose because smell was so bad, carpet looks very nasty and needs to be removed, main shower was stopped up and towel rack kept falling on our feet, unable to get more towels, no sheet for pull out couch, pool was very hot and not pleasant to swim in, aside from carpet room seemed to be clean, outside area was clean, good distance to walk to beach, was not able to use small sun shade for kids on their private beach so that sucked, it was lower than the chairs even.

Cozy condo close to the beach

My family enjoyed our stay at the islander. It was our 4th summer there and it never disappoints. The kids have a blast going between the beach and the pool and you can watch them from the balcony. The condo has every utensil you need to prepare a family dinner to minimize spending money on dining out. The parking lot always had spots not too far and luggage carts were readily available for your convenience. We are already planning our trip for next year!

NEEDS UPDATING

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a great view. The kitchen did not have a good selection of pots & pans to cook in or utensils. The dishwasher and refrig were older, countertops were outdated and there were no starter packs for the dishwasher, no detergent or sponge to wash the dishes, not a single plastic container to store leftovers, etc., only 1 extra trash bag, no tissues. Had a musty smell. Overall, needs a major update.
