Vår lägenhet har nyligen varit professionellt dekorerad med smakfulla och bekväma möbler. Vi ligger på 9: e våningen, direkt mot stranden. Anläggningen har en Tiki-bar med utsikt över stranden, en inomhus- / utomhusuppvärmd pool, en barnpool, en stor utomhuspool med ett vattenfall.

Jacuzzi med utsikt över stranden, parasoll- och stoluthyrning, grill med utsikt över poolerna, träningsanläggning med ångbad och bastu (utan kostnad) och de vackraste vita sandstränderna och smaragdgröna vattnet i landet.

Poolen, jacuzzin och träningsanläggningen på terrassen är också tillgänglig för din användning. Poolen där har full sol hela dagen, och jacuzzin är fäst vid poolen och uppvärmd året runt. Tyvärr är inga husdjur tillåtna på orten

Vår enhet fick högsta möjliga betyg och har en bekväm king size sovrum och privat badrum, hall våningssäng område med ett extra badrum och en bäddsoffa i queen size, bekväm stol i vardagsrummet. Balkongen har bekväma solstolar. Platsen är alltid nyckeln och Pelican Beach Resort är mycket bekvämt beläget.

Andelslägenheten ligger tvärs över gatan från Big Kahunas vattenpark, mycket nära shopping och många fantastiska restauranger samt många andra semesteraktiviteter. Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet är ett stort värde i hjärtat av Destin! Kontrollera vår kalender för all aktuell tillgänglighet.

Minor investments could make this a 9/10

The property needs improvements that wouldnt cost a ton of money. The master bed and especially bunk beds are very uncomfortable. The balcony furniture is broken. Couch is very basic and uncomfortable badeboards are very beat up might be soaking up wayer in some areas. Trim on dentry door would rip off when trying to senter the property. A simple 6-8k makeover could make this a great stay, its not there currently.

Great value for the money

We didnt pay top dollar so i didnt expect a 5 star unit. It was very adequate for our family and worked just fine. The kitchen is quite understocked and there is only 2 barstools but other than that it was great. Resort was nice and i would recommend this unit.

Fabulous view

Room 907 has a wonderful view of the gulf. Everything works, the host was very accommodating, front desk is very helpful. The condo has everything we needed. Walmart is a short Uber ride away. We bought kitchen supplies like oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, food etc Only comment would be for a better mattress on the bunk beds Pools are heated and clean. Location is perfect for the beach and proximity to groceries and the best restaurants. Hoping to be back next year. Maybe in May. April is still chilly and windy

Great view

The lady that checked us in was rude. We was also told we would receive a call when our room was ready and that the cleaners had up until 6pm. We didnt receive a call, so at 6pm we went in to the front desk to check the status of our room. The gentlemen was super nice and apologized that our room had been ready for awhile. We didnt care for the 128 beach chairs and umbrellas that are setup in front that you had to rent for $45. We can see settling up some but not 4 rows. This takes away from those not able to rent to miss out on the view. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Good spring break

It was a comfortable condo with a beautiful balcony view of of the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins every morning while sipping our coffee! The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The beach is kept clean and you can swim(it’s a little chilly in March, but still enjoyable, the weather is not their fault by the way). You can find so many sea shells. My kids loved the bunk beds as well. The pools on the property are heated and has two hot tubs as well. The internet is also very fast. My husband was raving about how fast he could download his games. We really liked it. The only complaint that I have is the bunk bed mattresses were thin. my oldest child slept in the bottom bunk and you could feel the boards through the mattres, she complained that it hurt her back a little.

Nice stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo in this resort. Great beach! The only bummer was the balconies were closed for renovations, and the pool was also closed, which we didn't know about when booking. But other than that, we would stay again. Lots of friendly people!

Loved the condo even though there was constant work being done on the entire property. Really wish we would have had access to the deck as it was a gorgeous waterfront/beach view that was obstructed due to construction.

Just what we needed

This Unit provided exactly what we were looking for. A clean home base from which we could make daily excursions to enjoy a beach vacation. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would definitely come back again. The only thing to be aware of is that despite the listing having a check in time of 4:00 p.m., the Condo staff did not have the room cleaned so we could check in until after 5:00 p.m. The host had no control over this, and so we didn't think it was a big deal. But future occupants should be aware.

Family week

Great location on Destin Beach. We like being somewhat high, so 9th floor was nice! The resort staff do a really good job of keeping the resort clean. The beach is very busy and not a ton of room during the middle of the day, but it was great for our family of four.

My Opinion

The owner was very responsive when I reached out to him. Yes, some of the baseboard have water damage that was mentioned in another review, but who cares. It didn’t effect my stay. Great view, and decent place. The furniture has been updated. Only concern if I had one would be the fan in the bedroom clicks all night, and no usb plugs for phone charging. Overall a solid stay, that I would consider again.

Property was clean and view was amazing. Would stay there again. The people next door liked to have their morning cigarette on the patio which was rather unpleasant since it left my allergies messed up. Was unhappy that the one hot tub and pool closed at dusk. Seemed a little ridiculous!!! There was a good two hours of daylight after it closed. Besides, who wants to sit in the hot tub when th sun is glaring down? However, it's quite relaxing right before bed. Also, the front desk called to tell us we were supposed to be out of there at 10 when my reservation clearly said checkout was at 11. Told me no, checkout was 10.

Great location

Lobby of the resort is a little worn looking but the newly improved pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. Our unit that we rented was very functional and clean but also looking a little worn, it could use a little cosmetic improvements. I realize that would also have to increase the nightly cost but the location overlooking the water was amazing.

The unit needs a lot of repairs, paint, baseboards, stove (had metal pans in the burners, outside also rusted), needs updated televisions, patio furniture. There more utensils and pans in kitchen to prepare a meal (no pizza pan) Very Very Disappointed will not book unit again

It really was awesome! The condo was perfect. Check in was easy and they gave us coupons for 4 free coffees and $25 credit at the cafe, plus 2 free drinks at the tiki bar! BTW the food at the cafe is really good! The condo was great. It was clean, comfy, beds, exactly what we needed. I really think being on the 9th floor was a great floor to be on. The elevator is surprisingly fast, and the view from the balcony was amazing! My 2 negatives. #1 I asked for the Wi-Fi password 6days ago. So either there isn’t Wi-Fi or John ignored me. #2 It’s a big; 20 floor condo. The actual beach area, is VERY small and filled with chairs and umbrellas for you to rent and your not allowed (and there’s not the space) to put a chair or towel in front of them. Overall it was great beautiful and perfect

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful time! The beach view was amazing and sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. There were many people staying at the resort, but you wouldn't have known it because there was little noise other than at the pools(where noise is expected). I'm actually currently looking at dates to book our next stay!

Much needed Vacation

A week stay and on the 4th day the condo above us sounded like they were remodeling the flooring in the unit above us. Very disappointing. Not the host fault & we would stay again...
