This brand new, luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons.

Upstairs, you will find the four modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen TVs. Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007.

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for.
