This elegant and inviting 4 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, just a few minutes walk to the main Protaras strip and the beaches and amenities. Its classic décor and furnishings, sizeable garden and tranquil surroundings make this the perfect villa for family or friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday

The ground floor of the villa features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool, and offering picturesque hill and sea views. The living room provides comfortable sofas and widescreen TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and utensils needed for your self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for two people.
One of the double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. In addition, there are patio doors in here that lead to the garden

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom each with shower and WC. The whole garden is bordered by lush landscaping, and offers gorgeous views, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind, to admire the views, to appreciate the tranquility of it all, and to bask in the hot Cyprus summer sun
