The villa is located in Vale de Parra just 5 minutes drive from Praia da Galé beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of AlbufeiraŽs best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Spacious lounge dining room 25m2, with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony and barbecue area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a extra bed in the lounge for an extra sleep.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Free Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have queen size bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
7 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Private pool, with a shallow end and a gated fence around the pool perfect for the children. Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of âŹ2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).
