Stor villa på 165 m2, nära Ouras vackra och berömda nattliv och rörelse ("trotoir" - 350m), men tillräckligt långt borta för att bevara tystnaden; ligger i ett exklusivt område på 1180 m2, med stor privat pool, grill, trädgård och två parkering - en av dem, täckt. Med utmärkt läge, beläget i Areias de S. João, mellan Praia da Oura (Albufeira) och gamla Albufeira, på avenyn som också förbinder Forte de S. João och Inatel. På 600 meter, till varje sida, finns det två vackra vita sandstränder (Oura och Forte de S. John). Oura Center på 450 meter. Albufeira centrum på 2 km. Villan är byggd på mark med 3 villor, stängda och muromgärdade. Bred utsida. Restauranger inom 50 meter. Main Avenue of Oura (Av. Sá Carneiro) 300 meter, vinkelrätt mot husets Avenue, med barer, restauranger, butiker, diskotek, apotek, kliniker, stormarknader, bankomat ...
Observera att priserna i priserna är för max 6 personer. För en beläggning på 7 till 8 personer eller 5 till 6 bäddar höjs prislistan med 10 eller 20%. Vi kan begära betalning av en del av vattnet och el beroende på antalet personer och konsumtion. Gas ingår.

Perfect Return!

This was our second visit to this property, and once again it ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely and clean, fantastic pool, great location and just what we needed for a relaxing break in the sun.Both the owner and the housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful. The pool and gardens are also regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.We all had a fantastic holiday, and hope to return again in the future to our favourite property in Portugal!Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.

The property had everything that we needed for our stay, its just five minutes away from the strip where there is buzzing night life and also a beach close by. The weather was not that great so we did not use the swimming pool. Great place

Perfect Holiday

Lovely house, fantastic pool. Excellent location, multiple transport options literally on the doorstep. Near enough to the Strip but far away enough that the noise is not an issue at all. Plenty of shops and bars in the vicinity. House is an older house but that's a huge bonus to keep the place cool. Aircon and wifi worked efficiently and pretty much everything you could possibly require was available. 5 star holiday just for the pool alone, everything else was just perfect. Festa da praia bar/ restaurant right next door with great food, drinks and lovely staff

Perfect stay

Couldn’t have stayed at a better place, literally 5 min walk to the strip. But you wouldn’t know the strip was there, as it was peaceful.. Next door to a nice restaurant. Would definitely stay there again..

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool were kept nicely - even during off-season. There was some minor damage to some of the AC due to a recent storm, which was immediately fixed. Communication during our stay was excellent.

Perfect

Just returned from a week at this Villa and we were not Disappointed. Villa was large and very clean , Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Bathrooms spotless and hot water plentiful. Outside WOW !!! Garden and pool area Large, well kept, and the Pool was lovely and big . Cannot fault this Villa at all .

Lovely Family Holiday

The villa is excellent for a family of 6 - with three bathrooms and plenty of space inside and out. The pool is a great size and we had lots of fun in it - it’s especially nice and cool with the hot weather we had! The location was brilliant for us with just a short walk to the strip for restaurants and shops, and a nice 25 minute walk to the old town for all of its attractions - some great restaurants there. Delighted with our stay overall and hope to return!

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed here in August 24 and was our first visit to Portugal. The villa was lovely and clean and as described in listing and photos. Swimming pool was great and a huge hit with the children. Villa is in a good location with easy access to strip and local supermarket. We took the tourist train, which stops just along the road to the old town. Lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk, with our favourite being the restaurant next door. We had to contact the owner about a small issue whilst we were there and they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great Stay in Albuferia

Booked the Villa for a month to celebrate my birthday. Friends and family came out during that period and we all loved the space, facilities and the pool. The villa is well placed for the beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarket’s, the old town and the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would love to return.

Great villa and pool

We had a fab time in this villa. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Maid visited half way through our stay to change the bed linen and towels and she also cleaned the bathrooms. The garden was tended to during our stay and the pool guy came every few days to top up/check pool chemicals (no one went home with green hair!) The pool was huge. The strip was a 5 min walk away. It’s not our thing but was great for popping out late even just for ice cream! Thank you for a lovely stay in your villa

A lovely break

We arrived during the night but managed to sort the key box without a problem. The property was clean, with 3 bedrooms & plenty of space for us all. The pool was very cold as we were there in October, but we still managed a few hours swimming. The location was great, and there was a lovely family friendly restaurant next door. There were even books, games and toys for the children at the property which was so welcoming. We all had a great holiday & would definitely go back.

A beautiful villa!

Have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this villa and couldn’t have wished for anything more. In a perfect position to walk to the beach or the lively ‘Strip’ for endless bars and restaurants. Albufeira old town is also only about a 20 min walk. We were informed when we arrived that the dishwasher must have broken on the last day of the previous tenants but a brand new dishwasher arrived within a couple of days. The owner is very has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Would love to go back one day.

Outstanding property!

Absolutely cannot fault this villa! The photos do not do it justice and it was spotlessly clean. Perfect location for the new town and a lovely stroll in to the old. The pool is a fantastic size and was cleaned on 3 occasions during our 1 week stay. The facilities within the villa were exceptional! All correspondence with the Gargate Afonso was so quick. I would not hesitate to stay in this villa again or recommend it to friends. Obrigada!!!

What a week

The villa was nice and had everything we needed, the pool was clean and well-maintained as were the grounds. The front gate is controlled by a key fob which took some time to find and wasn't mentioned in the guide. There is a huge strip for nightlife which was a very short walk but we couldn't hear it from the villa. The tuk-tuks are 5 euros per person to old town and is worth a night out if you want some live music and some good food. Just need to hunt for the best places as a lot are catering to the masses and some of the food was over cooked. but we found one called three crowns which served some amazing food and even better views. There is a sandwich shop a few doors down which make the most amazing sandwiches so we can recommend it. I would go back again.

Wonderful villa for a perfect vacation!

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the owner is a wonderful man to deal with. Everything was very clean when we arrived, inside the villa as well as the property outside. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and have hair dryers. The villa is located between the Strip and Old Town and it it easy to walk to both. There is a beautiful beach that is a 10 minute walk away. This a family home and the owners take great pride in the property. The villa has beautiful furnishings and decor. The owner is very easy to communicate with and ensures that he provides his guests with everything needed for a wonderful stay. We have already booked our stay for next year and look forward to returning to Albufeira and this lovely villa. Thank you for a great stay.

Rats and noise

Unfortunately, there were rats running around the garden of the property, I took a picture of a dead one on the grass. There was a large construction of a building across the road from the property, the constant banging and hammering started at 7:30am every day and did not finish until 5pm. We were never informed of this, we certainly did not have the relaxing holiday we were so looking forward to. The beds were very hard, each mattress was placed on top of a large piece of chipboard, so there was no spring to any of the beds, painful for back and knee joints. On one occasion, the gas ran out, we had no hot water or cooking. We were forced to take the whole family out for dinner in a restaurant, and had to have cold showers. The pool was lovely, the air conditioning was good, but this was a very disappointing holiday. I did contact the owner, replies were painfully slow. Surely we should have been told about the large apartment block being constructed within a few yards of the property, we would have cancelled had we known, being woken at 7:30am is not what we wanted, nor was the dreadful all day noise.

Min fru och jag bor i utkanten av Lissabon, en stad namn Carnaxide. Min fru är en dagislärare och jag pensionerat. I mitt yrkesliv arbetade jag i en stor nationell grupp som har det skapat ett företag och Riktad området Information Systems, som också är det område i min akademiska utbildning. Gillar att leva med kärlek och fred och att få vänner.
Vi har tre döttrar och åtta barnbarn. Alla tillsammans är en fröjd.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Mitt hus och de andra två som utgör gated community byggdes från grunden av mig och mina två bröder. Placeringen av tomten är stor: nära till allt, med fantastiska stränder mycket nära och i ett lugnt och utan att röra.
Sedan dess konstruktion, och även i dag, de är på semester, njuter vi under augusti månad, en stor mötesplats för hela familjen och vänner.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Villan är byggd i typisk rustik stil Algarve, i en plan för att bli mer praktiskt och inte en hel del arbete i städning. Interiören är snygg och mycket bekvämt. Utanför, bortom den stora trädgården, liten tallskog och stor pool, grill och har en bra kost under entré bordet. Vi har också två bra parkeringsplatser, en av dem som omfattas.
För att hålla ren och väl anlagda exteriör har behandlat kontraktet med ett team som rengör och arbetar trädgård och bad en gång i veckan under hösten och vintern och två gånger i veckan under våren och sommaren.
