Everything about this apartment was exceptional! The location was great! We were a short walk from everything. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here on my next trip, which would be soon! Thank you, Chiara for everything!

Spacious apartment

There was major construction occurring right in front of our building. I was glad we were there over the weekend or it would have been very inconvenient. Very nice apartment building but I do think a tenant should be alerted if construction is occurring.

Three night stay

We were able to check in a little early, which was helpful. The unit was very clean. The unit does not have paper products (napkins and paper towels) typically associated with a kitchen. Also, the unit is located on what appears to be the route to the hospital, as sirens are heard at all hours. Additionally, there was construction going on in front, in back and on one of the elevators.

Nice apartment in a good location, but lacks parking as advertised

The apartment is comfortable and clean, check in easy, and communication with Chiara very good. Our only issue is we booked the apartment in part because parking was listed as an amenity and in fact the listing touts "convenient onsite parking." But in truth parking is only available in a public lot a couple blocks of way, and you have to pay extra for it.

Nice apartment in good location

Our check-in process was not that smooth. Be forewarned if you have a problem with stairs…there are some stairs when entering the building before you get to the lift. The keys were not where they were supposed to be but the apartment was unlocked and they were just inside. The large bath towels were hanging wet from being washed and the towels that had been set out to use were not even large enough to wrap around a person. There was a portable crib left in the middle of the hallway. It felt a little unprepared for our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the location was walking distance to the duomo and some nice places to eat.

Excellent apartment and location, communication needs improvement

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. In particular, the beds/linens were very comfortable and the kitchen, though small, was sufficient for us even to cook in for a couple of nights during our stay. We also appreciated the AC during a hot summer visit. The location was an easy walk from the Metro as well, and we enjoyed the neighborhood. There were multiple markets nearby, one just around the corner, as well as a great place for pizza and pastries. My only frustration was not with the apartment itself, but with communication. It took me asking for check-in procedures multiple times via VRBO (with no response) before I eventually used the phone number in the listing and even dug around to find the company managing the rental. Once I was in touch with a person, communication from that point was excellent. However, repeatedly receiving no responses in VRBO after asking how check-in procedures would work (or when they would be provided), was a significant negative, especially just before international travel. This could be very easily avoided by the owner adding to the listing how/when check in procedures will be provided.

Very noisy with no AC on wk end

On the plus side it was clean and well located in terms of proximity to duomo area and public transportation. However that’s where the positives end. Be forewarned that this condo is definitely on a route to a hospital as ambulances are going by day and night. Additionally it seems they are building a subway station right outside and the construction noise was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. Closing the windows wasn’t really an option as for whatever reason it seemed the air conditioning was turned off over the week end. It blew warm air. Once Monday came the air conditioning worked. Additionally the bathroom must have some plumbing issues because at various times in the day a smell would permeate most of the apartment coming from that bathroom. Lastly there were no paper products in the kitchen, no dish soap to even clean up after yourself and no soap in the bathroom (eg hand soap by the sink). This was the first flop of a VRBO we have rented.

Am Telefon :"wir verwalten 80 Einheiten,da kann man sich nicht um alles kümmern" (Sinngemäß im Original alles in english).Das man auch Fewo-D nicht telefonisch erreichen kann, trägt nicht zum Renomee bei.

Two days in Milan

The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was well placed to walk to the Duomo, with lots of great restuarants within 1/2 an hours walk. We had deciced to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel to be able to do some washing. The lack of washing liquid was frustrating but there was a small supermarket just around the corner. There was construction going on in front and behind the apartment but noise didn't start until after 7am so that wasn't an issue. There was an awful smell in the bathroom which appeared after day 1 - seemed to be a drain issue which we reported. Hopefully it has been fixed.

Amazing Time

Had a fantastic stay with Chiara and her team. They worked with us on a very late check in (sorry about that agian!) and made the whole process seamless. Apartment is very beautiful and functional and is located perfectly. Wish we had more time in Milan to enjoy it even more. Would absolutely come back.
