107 Nunnery Lane - a House of York holiday home is a stylish, pet friendly 3 bedroom townhouse with a basement cinema and games room. It's right by the city walls and âBishy Rdâ (voted Britainâs best high street) and a 5 min walk into the centre of York.
With 3 luxurious bedrooms it's perfect for up to 5 people - 6th person incurs additional cost of ÂŁ30 per visit for a fold up bed.
Paid parking is a 2 min walk and we're a 10 min walk from the station. You can also rent next door (109 Nunnery Lane) allowing bookings of up to 12.
As our guest you will receive a House of York Craft Savvy Card that enables you to save up to 25% off the full price of ALL food and drink you buy from many York independent bars cafes and restaurants.
Entrance and hall: Hang up your coats and hats.
Living area: 2 sofas and an arm chair, a log burner, flat screen SMART TV with Netflix, Disney +, Freeview and books and board games.
Kitchen and dining area: Everything you need to make proper family meals, a dining table that seats up to 6 (high chair on request) and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and drying rack.
Cinema and games room: In the basement there is a cinema room and a games room with board games and table football.
Double bedroom bedroom: Get a great nights sleep in the double bed.
Attic bedroom: A quiet sanctuary that can be set up as a super king or two singles.
Single bedroom: A perfect room for an adult or child with plenty of storage space.
Family bathroom: Relaxing space with a Japanese-style deep soaking tub, separate shower, large sink and toilet (baby bath on request).
Courtyard: A small but beautiful south-facing courtyard with a table, bench and chairs that are perfect for pre-dinner drinks on a sunny day.

Hi i'm Claire. I am a freelance theatre producer and a stay at home mum. I love travel, going on family day trips, walking in the Yorkshire countryside, cycling, shopping, great food, fab coffee shops and cake which is why we live in York!. I am just two minutes away and on hand if you need anything. As a York local I know some great places to go and things to do if your here with friends or with family. When I travel I look for comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great shower, soft towels and exceptionally clean house and this is what we offer our guests.
We focus (before and during) your stay on taking the stress away so you can relax and enjoy the house and magnificent York!
