There is also a kitchen/diner with a fridge freezer plus another larder fridge.There is a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory, a study and a snug. Sky TV movie package (no sport.) . Outside there is a large garden with two lawned areas, goal posts, picnic bench, small orchard with bench, large decking with seating, along with off-road parking for four cars. Fron Emrys makes a wonderful location for a family gathering to the North Wales coast. Deluxe hot tub is available from the 7th of Feb 2022 and has panoramic and uninterrupted views of both the mountains and sea.
