All properties: Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, travel cot and highchair on request, hot tub for 4 (private), enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, 120 acre grounds with woodland and pasture land (shared with other properties on site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking..
