It's a perfect 1-2 person efficiency. I think the location is great. It's near the beach and on the bay where you can see the sunset.

This was not what I was expecting to rent. It shows pics of a different dock and it was nothing what I expected compared to what I saw on the post and read. It says fishing pear and shows pics of a whole different dock/ pier compared to what it really is. The manager of the place or person who was in charge of anything needed was pretty good. Customer service was good. I was just disappointed the description, not matching what I was expecting.

The areas around the switch plates and doorknobs were dirty. So were walls and cabinets. There was no Kleenex. I tried to sit on one of the stools by the table, and it was too wobbly and unstable to use. The front panel on one of the dresser drawers pulled loose when we tried to open it. There was a handle missing from one of the bathroom cabinets. The light fixture in the kitchen was broken. The door to the patio was very difficult to lock. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. We ended up leaving a night early but we're told we couldn't get a refund. The listing says, "stunning sunset views," but I didn't think that was true. It is not convenient to watch to the beach. It was very disappointing.

Fishing tournament

Stay there was good with plenty of parking for boat. Customer service was excellent Just minor drainage defect in the shower but other than that it was awesome!!!

This studio has all the basics and a great view to the Laguna Madre from the balcony. The cleaning needs more attention to detail; ceiling fan was very dusty, glass doors, floors and around toilet needed work...

Wonderful place, great management, very clean.,only thing uncomfortable was the trundle bed, mattress needs replaced on top bed. Would recommend to friends.

Solo Kite surfing week

I really enjoyed the studio. I was missing a few items but was brought them within hours. I loved how much sunlight was there and the view of the sunsets was amazing! I wish there would have been a hairdryer there. I would definitely stay again

Perfect spot for 2 on SPI!

My parents own a condo on South Padre Island, but there wasn't room for all of us this trip, so I rented this spot for my husband and me. It was absolutely perfect!

Birthday...weekend

This stay was a last minute getaway and it was awesome. I have never stayed on the bayside but it was so quiet beautiful view of the bay and very clean..i will be returning...Thank you

We really enjoyed our time staying at spi. The only thing that wasn't expected is that check in is at 4 pm and the office closes at 3 pm.

I would stay here a 100 x over

I loved this place, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was close to the beach. I love that both beds where in the same room and there was a trundle under the smaller bed. The lady who worked downstairs was so incredibly nice!

Landfall lookout

The stay was quaint and memorable. The unit was small affordable and cozy, and the canal and bay view from the balcony was great. Only caveat was the floor was a little sandy and sticky when we got there.

Will stay again

Nice and clean place to stay. Perfect for those who have a boat or PWC. Loved the option of paying a little more for an early check in and late check out. Wish more places had that option!

Condo in South Padre

We loved this little condo. It is an efficiency in a great location. The kitchen needed more cooking utensils and more cutting knives. I expected that there would be a hair dryer, but bring your own. Also they need to get a holder for the bath towel. Staff was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. We would book it again and recommend it. Price was right and it was very clean.

Cute unit, quiet

Cute unit, very quiet. Soft queen bed. Single bed with trundle also in the room. Small kitchen provided what we needed for a long weekend. Bathroom has issues that we contacted the management company about in hopes that they address them. Hubby loved the dock that he fished from everyday. Overall a nice stay but I’m not sure that I’d pick this unit again due to the bathroom issues.
