Perfect place for a couple

The tiki is our favorite place to stay and this is our favorite condo there. Everything in the condo is sized for the condo. Plenty of room and some amenities that really make the stay nice,

As advertised!

No complaints. We had a small issue with not receiving the entry code prior to arrival but the host was quick to provide it. Other than that, it was exactly as advertised. They supplied you with all the basic essentials (dishware, towels, a bedroom fan, etc.). Would recommend this host to my friends. Location was phenomenal.

My 65th birthday stay

Property was wonderful. We took 4 fishing trips, went to the beach and many eateries. It was a very successful and memorable stay for my grandson & I.

Weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, attractive, and a good size for 2 people. I liked how it wasn't overlooking the pool which was busy and noisy during the day and night. It should be noted that there are not small things that you might forget (salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo and conditioner) so make sure to bring those items. Of course, they can be bought easily close by though. Also, there is no dishwashee, washer, or dryer. For a weekend trip, it wasn't a problem though. Finally, FYI the oven has a bent front door which really heats up the place when using and the chefs knife had rust. Overall, however, really nice stay!

Nice property, well located, needs improvement

This was a beautifully designed, well-decorated, and private condo extremely well-situated by the beach, sea turtle Inc, and the nature and birding center. Though everything was clearly renovated and new, the condo needed some cleaning that hadn’t been adequately done before our arrival. The toilet was a little grimy, along with the floors (both of which my husband and I had to reluctantly clean within our first day of vacation). Trash hadn’t been taken out, and there was a white stain on the bed spread. I messaged the owner to ask about the bed spread and he said it was new and we were the first guests since renovation. Despite that, we chose to use a blanket we packed for the duration of the stay. The owner communicative and check-in was very seamless. The surrounding condos were mostly occupied by families and noise wasn’t a major problem. The kitchen was large and convenient, but if I were to visit South Padre again, I would select a different location.

Great spot!! Super close to the beach (5min walk), cute little spot, decorated beautifully. Only thing we found ourselves wanting was some spices to cook with since we forgot some, but overall a good place to vacation.

Great condo with great location!!

Complex is on the beach!! Watched fireworks Friday and Saturday nights from the paved area just before the beach! Great beach location with multiple food/drink options! Highly recommend this condo and The Tiki!

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. The location is fantastic, it’s a two minute walk to the sand! My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We would gladly stay here again the next time we visit SPI!

Condo was adequate, location was excellent. Nice pool. Bare amenities in condo itself, if you plan on cooking or making coffee you will need S&P, coffee, coffee filters, plastic wrap. No hangers in closet. Bring beach/ pool towels!

Wonderful Community Environment

Wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean quiet condo, location was great, just a small walk to the beach. Perfect for a small family. My kids did complain of the couch bed being uncomfortable but that was our only downfall. Do bring extra toiletries. TP, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, wash clothes, etc

Best stay yet.

We try to get to SPI at least once a year for the last several years and this was the best condo so far. Quiet, clean and easy access to everything. We’ll definitely stay again.
