Romantiskt och rofyllt 6p semesterboende med simbassäng och fantastisk utsikt

Den lantliga herrgården Villa Mirna har plats för 6 personer. Det finns 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, ett vardagsrum med utrustat kök och öppen spis, en separat sitthörna med utfällbar soffa, luftkonditionering, satellit-tv, radio, video en gratis Wifi Internet. Från den stora tillbyggda och takbelagda terrassen med utegrill har man 180° utsikt över Mirnadalen och de intilliggande kullarna. En uppvärmd privat 9 x 4,6 m simbassäng med luftpump (ger enorma bubblor) och en stor solterass med en separat intilliggande sanitetsbyggnad gör det hela komplett.

Det traditionella istriska huset genomgick en fullständig renovering 2012 och har all komfort. Inredningen är smakfull och det har ett fullständigt utrustat innekök (diskmaskin, kombiugn, induktionsspis, espressomaskin, …) och ett teknikrum med tvättmaskin. Varje sovrum har sin egen karaktär. De tre badrummen har moderna duschar med massagestrålar.

Det finns parkeringsmöjligheter för flera bilar. Huset byggdes inte för att hyras ut utan som familjebostad. Det hyrs ut när ägaren inte använder det själv.

En barnsäng kan ställas upp på begäran.

Beautiful villa in idyllic setting

This is a stunning villa in a truly breathtaking rural setting. The views are even better than the pictures and being able to see them from the pool is fantastic. There is a huge amount of outside space with lots of different seating areas and options and a barbecue area. Inside, the villa is well equipped and was very clean. Bedding and towels were changed after our first week. The villa is in a tiny hamlet with a few houses. There are lovely walking routes direct from the villa. Shops and restaurants are in driving distance and most places you want to see in Istria are a maximum hour drive away.

Amazing property and stunning views

Amazing villa in prestine condition. We were absolutely enchanted by the peace and amazing views of the lush hills when sitting on the porch or chilling at the pool. You can really relax in this tranquil oasis.

Prachtig huis, zeer verzorgd tot in detail

Totaal 2 weken geweest met gezin. Prachtige rustige ligging en van werkelijk alle gemakken voorzien (airco was wel heel fijn gezien de warmte in onze periode. We hebben ervan genoten, vele huizen eerder gehuurd maar dit was eigenlijk wel de beste/mooiste. Enig minpunt was de aanwezigheid van schorpioenen, zowel buiten maar ook binnen tot in de slaapkamers en dat gaf toch wel de nodige commotie al heeft zich verder geen incident voorgedaan

Ein absolutes Traumhaus!

Wir waren uns alle einig - das war das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten. Super Ausstattung, alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Eine großzügige, sogar zum Teil überdachte Terrasse, sodass man auch bei Regen gut draußen sitzen konnte. Und das absolute Highlight - der große Pool mit Blick auf nichts als Natur. Alles war einfach perfekt, von der reibungslosen Kommunikation mit den Besitzern bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort. 10 Sterne Plus ... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfect

When I saw the photos I was a little sceptical that it could be as beautiful as it seemed but it really is! The house and the scenery are simply stunning. The house had everything we needed and unlike a lot of holiday houses these days, it also had towels, herbs and spices, dishwasher powder etc. which is a small thing but when you don't yet know where the shops are makes a great difference. Marie, Dirk and Arnela were a pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful when there was a slight problem with the internet. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your incredible house.

Heerlijk huis op fantastische plek met uitzicht

Vakantiehuis in een klein buurtschap bij Buzet. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie terrassen, fijn interieur. Zelfs bij 38 graden is het door de het slimme ontwerp van het huis met het overdekte terras en natuurlijk de airconditioning prima uit te houden. De uitrusting van het huis is van hoog niveau, alles is royaal aanwezig.

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Es war alles wunderbar, alles wie beschrieben und/oder noch schöner, hochwertige Ausstattung, die von den Mietern aber eindringlich betont auch gut behandelt werden soll, für uns eh selbstverständlich! Partygäste braucht das Haus nicht. Der Pool scheint auf Fotos oft immer größer, aber dieser ist es wirklich! Alle waren begeistert. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber genauso wollten wir es: fernab vom Rummel-Tourismus. Sind nur zweimal nach Novigrad ans Meer gefahren (40min) aber eigentlich jedes Mal froh gewesen, wenn wir wieder “zuhause” waren. Ruhe, Entspannung und Natur pur! In den Wäldern reihum tun sich einige schöne Pfade zum Wandern auf, teils über Stock und Stein und ein bisschen abenteuerlich verwachsen. Alles rundum für uns ein klasse Urlaub!

Wonderful place to relax

We just wanted to escape from the craziness and stress of 2020 somewhere hot, secluded, with a view and this villa was perfect. Spacious, cool inside, well equipped, lots of outdoor seating and eating areas, good size pool and the most gorgeous view. And a very friendly cat (who lives outside so is not an issue for anyone with allergies). A decent supermarket is a short drive away and there are various local restaurants within a 10-15 min drive for pizza and local cuisine, although we mostly cooked in using the outdoor grill. As we had been to Istria before, aside from a detour to Rovinj on our way back to Pula airport, we didn’t explore the region - we just loved relaxing at the villa. But it’s a good location for reaching east or west coast within an hour drive (through the beautiful Istrian hills) if you wanted to. We would highly recommend it and didn’t want to leave!

superbe séjour

Magnifique propriété, très bien équipée, dans un environnement tel que décrit par les photos : calme, reposant et avec une vue splendide. Bien placée pour découvrir l'Istrie en voiture et pour les marcheurs, le beau sentier de randonnée (vela peć) se trouve quasi à sa porte.

Lovely house with terrific view. Fabulous.

We spent a great week at this house in August 2018. Such a lovely, comfortable, clean house with lots of seating areas and glorious views. It was hot when we were there but the house has effective air-conditioning and outside there is plenty of shade if required. The pool is great too and a good size. The lane to the house is a little narrow, but it's short and well worth it! We loved this house!

Fantastic villa, fantastic location, fantastic holidays!

This is definitely the best and most complete house we’ve ever had. You really feel somebody lives in this house and that it was not only made to be rented. You feel the owners love their house and take good care of it. It was renovated with attention to every detail and is really well maintained. It is a little paradise, an escape from busy city life. Just the natural sound of birds and animals, or else complete quietness. An ideal place to de-stress. And while you are swimming you have an amazing view on the valley and surrounding nature. It is even better than the photos show. The welcome package is very appreciated. You feel somebody is expecting you. The lady who gave us the keys was very friendly and explained about the dos and don’ts. Whenever we had a question the owners were willing to help us out. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and acquaintances.

Fantastic villa

It is hard to find the words that can describe this beautiful villa. As seasoned travellers I think I can safely say it is this best we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was exceptional with every consideration being given to the guests. Our group consisted of 6 adults and not once did we feel cramped or felt like we were treading on each others toes. The parking area was ideal for the 3 motorbikes we arrived on and the shade provided by the various seating areas accommodated those who were not inclined to sit in the heat by the pool. Cannot recommend highly enough - outstanding

Super!!

The best house we’ve ever rented! It was genuine, beautiful, luxurious and convenient, but most importantly the house feels like a home. Every little detail is thought through, lighting in the house and outside, the super nice pool area with bathroom, outlets everywhere to charge the phones, outdoor spaces for morning to evening, sun and shade. We were 2 adults with 4 kids and we all had a great time. Ok, the older kids wanted a faster wifi, which was sluggish at times, but that was not a big issue since it had the positive effect to bring them out in the sun instead ☺

Heerlijke tijd

We zijn alweer enkele dagen thuis van onze vakantie. De wasjes zijn zo goed als gedaan … We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in villa Mirna. Bij aankomst was het nog hééél heet, maar enkele onweders later was het flink afgekoeld maar nog steeds heerlijk weer. Het zwembad was goed in orde (fijn dat het verwarmd was), het huis “impecabel” schoon, de airco goed werkend en bovenal was de keuken super uitgerust en was er voldoende en mooi serviesgoed aanwezig. Ik kook graag en vind dit een van de belangrijkere elementen wanneer we een huisje huren. We hebben veel tijd in het huis zelf doorgebracht omdat we al 2 city trips (Praag en Wennen) achter de rug hadden maar we hebben ook enorm genoten van het prachtige en bijzondere Kroatische landschap. De enige tip die ik nog heb: misschien goed om een bakvorm (type quiche) toe te voegen aan het keukengerei. Er waren ook een aantal wespen zeer bedrijvig rond het afdakje. We hadden er geen last van maar misschien zijn ze wel iets van plan 

Fantastic trip to Croatia

We would like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful, well designed house surrounded by absolute beauty. Everything was perfect, the location, the house, and also your maps. We had no trouble meeting up with the housekeeper, who escorted us to Villa Mirna and showed us the ins and outs. We were all jumping for joy when we arrived at Villa Mirna to find exactly, if not better, than the pictures on your web site. We loved the out door area with Bbq and swimming pool. Many hours were spent relaxing, swimming and eating in this area. The view of the mountains were breath taking and something we won't forget. We did many walks and visited many towns. We all wished that Villa Mirna was ours! Our stay at Villa Mirna was the highlight of our trip. Thank you once again. Sue
