Small Improvements Required - Constructive Feedback

The property is in a fantastic location, is very spacious and clean and the quality off street parking is a massive bonus. On the negative side. The quality of the cutlery is appalling. The standard is what you would expect from disposable knives and forks. The forks actually bend in your hand when you try to cut up your food. There were also no serving dishes. The direction of the shower head could not be lowered and, consequently , the spray soaked the floor at the bottom of the bath in the sink area. A new adjustable fitting is required. The hot water temperature is far too high and could easily scald one of your guests. The uplight in the lounge area does not work because the bulbs have been removed. Either replace them or do away with the light. The bedroom blinds let far too much light in which does not make for a good night's sleep. There was only one beer glass which had a crack in it so we disposed of it. The above issues did not spoil our holiday but they could be rectified with very little cost. Our main complaint was the dreadful quality of the cutlery. Please have a look at this, it really is appalling. We actually had to resort to cutting up our meat with the kitchen scissors.
