Property does not match pictures or description

The images and description do not match the actual property. The images are standard marketing images for all apartments in the building and do not show the actual apartment, which is in a poor condition. The description also does not mention that bed linen or towels are only provided at extra cost, and has further errors, e.g. there is no ski locker provided, and there is no access to the pool or spa facilities. There is a lack of utensils in the kitchen which makes it difficult to prepare food. while the location is excellent, ski-in ski-out I would not recommend this apartment.

Il ne faudrait pas mettre en avant le fait que l’appartement se situe dans la Résidence Les Sources de Marie 5etoiles alors que l’appartement vaut un 2 étoiles et que ne pouvons bénéficier des avantages de la résidence Impossible de louer draps et serviettes de bain parce nous logeons dans l’appartement 259 … Pas d’accès casier parce appartement 259 Aucune instructions sur la wifi Draps housse De protection déchirés Brûlures sur les moquettes Meuble de salle de bain casse Réfrigérateur, étagères de placards sales Le Personnel de la Résidence ont ordre de ne pas aider les locataires de l’appartement 259 Rapport qualité prix : ça ne le vaut pas !!! la gentillesse, l’accueil des gens de la station , les commerçants , la station ont sauvé nos vacances

Arcs 1950 and Les Arcs was great, but the manager promised us linens and then failed to provide

Arcs 1950 while older was great. The property was clean, and the village was lots of fun with good ski rental and dining options. We came from the US and where in Europe already several days before our scheduled arrival. 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival the property manager told us they could no longer provide the linens we had reserved and paid for, so we had no sheets, no towels, no pillow cases, etc. Very disappointing they didn't come through on their promise. It drastically changed the quality of our stay.
