Prince des Cimes - Arcs 1950, Ski to door, 7 bed

Denna lugna lägenhet ligger på 4: e (översta) våningen i den eftertraktade Prince des Cimes-byggnaden. Det finns direkt tillgång till inomhus / utomhuspool, bastu, hamam och jacuzzi från första våningen i samma byggnad.
Lägenheten
Det stora vardagsrummet med öppen spis har en smart-TV och en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och bekväma fåtöljer. Matsalen sitter bekvämt 6/7 vid bordet och det lilla pentryet är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp med liten frys och en ugn och spis och alla redskap och rätter du behöver. Det finns ett badrum nere med duschkabin och separat toalett.
Utanför finns en liten balkong med bord och stolar och utsikt mot bergen och Arc 2000.
På övervåningen har det viktigaste dubbelrummet med eget badrum en extra liten (4ft) bäddsoffa för att ge sovmöjligheterna större flexibilitet. Det förväntas att detta kommer att användas som en enkelsäng, men en extra person kan rymmas om detta skulle användas som en dubbel.
Det finns också ett andra rymligt tvåbäddsrum med gott om förvaring.

Ett låsbart skidskåp finns tillgängligt på bottenvåningen och erbjuder direkt tillgång till skidbackarna för både åka ut och tillbaka i slutet av dagen.
Linne och handdukar ingår. Lägenheten kommer att städas vid avresan. Det finns en 24-timmarsmottagningsservice i byggnaden.
Bilar kan parkeras säkert på den underjordiska parkeringen (avgiftsbelagd).

Le Village Arc 1950 är en vacker gågby med en egen skidskola, hisskort, crèche-anläggningar och massor av affärer, restauranger och barer. Bekvämt beläget strax utanför Prince des Cimes finns ett bageri och ett litet snabbköp. Les Arc 1950 utgör en del av Paradiski-regionen med 420 km tillgängliga skidåkning, för alla nivåer, inklusive tillgång till La Plagne via Vanoise Express.

Fantastic family flat to the experience the Fabulous French Alps

This clean condo accomodated 7 young adults in a beautiful hotel setting. Nestled in the stunning Les Arcs 1950 pedestrian mountain village, this apartment is ski in, ski out.It was a perfect place for our active family. We highly recommend it!

Excellent apartment, perfect location.

Les Arcs 1950 is excellent for a week’s skiing. Plenty of choice for food and access to vast range of slopes. The Prince des Cimes building has everything you need with central location. Ski in, Ski out and comfortable spacious apartment. Third visit and will return again.

Great location

Excellent for families. Genuinely ski in ski out with four lifts within easy access. The apartment is generous in size, particularly the main bedroom. Along with the overall property it feels a little tired but no worse than the photos suggest. Host was helpful and easy to connect with.

Excellent accommodation in great convenient village

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Well equipped and in a great ski in ski out location. We travelled with a 3 and 6 year old and Les arcs 1950 was perfect for that - no buses, no long walks, everything within 50m which was perfect for little kids and us

Everything was perfect. We used to stay in this Residence (Prince des Cimes) but it was the first time we have a duplex, and it was very cool. Thank to Denise, the owner, for the great communication. We surely will keep your adress for next years !

Lovely clean property

Well equipped apartment and very clean in a good location of village. Only downside is it’s difficult to ski in or out without a bit of walking As the locker room is set lower than the ski and walkway runs. However can not fault the apartment itself.

Fantastic!

We have stayed in Les Arcs 1950 a few times ans this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The split level makes it feel very spacious. Access to sauna, steam room great for weary adult legs and swimming pool enjoyed by the kids! Apartment had everything we needed and lovely hot showers. We loved it! Block is right next to the boulangerie and you can order bread for collection first thing. Also opposite the supermarket. Top tip - book restaurants when you arrive if you want to eat out, especially for the end of the week.

We loved our stay, the apartment was so cosy, warm and perfect for our family. Lots of room to relax, and great to have the two levels to separate the living from sleeping.Denise was a great communicator, and very helpful.The facilities and appliances were great for cooking, and lots of storage for all our kit. Appartement agréable avec toutes commodités

Idéalement situé à Arc 1950, pièce de vie lumineuse et spacieuse, ameublement chaleureux, un équipement de la cuisine très complet, le tout dans une résidence comportant une belle piscine, et une laverie. L’étage, chambres et salle de bain, mériterait un rafraîchissement (pouvoir occulter le velux, literie moyenne, joints de baignoire…)

Très belle semaine en famille dans cet appartement aux arcs 1950

Très bel emplacement

L'appartement de Denise est très bien située par rapport à toutes les commodités que ce soient celles de la résidence (piscine intérieure, spa) ou bien l'accès au village et aux pistes de ski. L'appartement est chaleureux, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition et de nombreux jeux de société. Denise est très accessible et prévenante. La société NV3 qui gère la conciergerie est également très professionnelle (merci à Nick !).

Easter Skiing

Les Arcs 1950 is the perfect venue. Pretty, compact with everything you need within a short walk including a well-stocked supermarket, cafes, bars and ski hire. Most importantly we were able to ski in and out, even this late in the season. The apartment is located within Prince de Cimes which has the feel of a luxury and well-run hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The apartment is lovely - everything you would need with a lovely view over the rooves to the mountains. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment and a perfect location

Great size 2 bed apartment, perfect for 2 adults and a child. Communication with the owner was excellent. There was a well equipment kitchen and the apartment was close to the supermarket. WiFi and Smart TV were great and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely like to return again soon.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement cosy

L’appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé et confortable. La décoration est un peu rustique mais correspond bien au type montagnard. La cheminée est un véritable plus. Les explications fournies par Denise et sa réactivité étaient parfaites. L’accès direct aux pistes et les prestations fournies dans la résidence sont un véritable plus.

We bought this apartment from new and have enjoyed many skiing and hiking holidays. I now look forward to introducing my grandchildren to skiing.

This apartment is ideal for family or group holidays. The skiing is excellent, reliable and offers opportunities for all abilities, with no long walk to ski school or the lifts. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants and the village has a friendly atmosphere.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Lovely indoor outdoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped with everything a family might need. The extra sofa bed upstairs means three children can be settled while leaving living room free for parents in the evening.
