Gated och säkrade 24/7, är Sunset Island känd för sin exklusivitet och "Charleston" Style design. Även om det bara har funnits en kort tid, är människor från hela talar om denna utväg gemenskap och registrera dig för deras nästa semester.

Great location and amenities

Great place to stay, right on one of the small beaches at sunset island, my family had a great time staying here, using the beach and the pool. Host was excellent and responsive to any questions we had.

Labor Day Weekend

We love Sunset Island. Best of both worlds… a quiet community surrounded by the busy thrills of Ocean City. Great amenities. The condo was just right with great views from the deck.

Perfect Location for families with small children

This was our first time on Sunset Island and we loved the location and all the amenities. The location of this condo is very close to a private bay beach which is great for little kids. Lots of nice sand too. We launched our paddle board from the bay beach and explored the nearby coves.The condo was stocked with all the beach gear you need and a cart. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent for families

Great place to stay with a family, it was well equipped for kids, stool for bathroom, shower head detachable for tub time. Beach cart and chairs, pack and play, USB-C docking station and monitor to get a little work done if needed. The apartment was beautiful and well decorated, had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

The property was gorgeous, as was the condo! The little private beach made our stay. There was construction going on which wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the owners fault, and we were off season so I get it. Proximity to everything was perfect and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Week

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Kitchen perfect for all the family meals we cooked-dining room table perfect for those family meals and family game nights. We had a wonderful week-everything was clean and well maintained. Owner very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/concerned. Have stayed in Sunset Island many times this was one of our favorite stays.

Great Stay!

Property is exactly as advertised. Great location. You cannot beat the amenities at Sunset Island. We had our 1.5 yr old and 2.5 yr old with us. Between the small bay beach right outside the condo building to the pool to the water fountain in the center, we never ran out of something fun to do. The condo is spacious and clean. Hope to be back next year!

Great stay

We had a great stay! This was our second year Renting this unit. However, it was under a new owner this year. The unit looked amazing and was very clean! Communication between the owner and myself was awesome! We had a wonderful week and hope to be back next year!

Very nice and clean

My family of 6 stayed for a long weekend. The condo was beautiful. Very clean and exactly as expected from pictures. The owner was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We loved the neighborhood.

Excellent Vacation AGAIN

For the 4th year in a row, we rented this condo. It is absolutely wonderful and we feel like it is our own. The location is near a small beach and we absolutely love that. We rented kayaks and paddle boats and picnicked on the beach. I love waking up before the family and sneaking out early to get my Starbucks at Marisol's. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything I needed to cook most meals at home. We love having the washer and drying so we can return home with all clean clothes. We have a lot of family in the OC area and it a great to be so close by and also be able to have them visit at this very large condo. The sunsets are gorgeous. Mary is a wonderful host and very responsive. We will be back next year.

Best of Ocean City!

We stay at Sunset Island every May when we come down for the car show. This was the first time staying in this unit and we loved it! One of the most beautiful sunrise views on the island. Every room has a smart TV for Disney+, Netflix, etc. The rooms are nice and clean, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice open concept. There’s a elevator, which makes loading and unloading your luggage very convenient. It’s location is right next to one of the 3 beaches on the island, and just a short walk to the indoor pool. The host was the best!! Great communication, very informative, super helpful. Check in / check out was also very easy and quick.

Love Sunset Island!

Stayed with my parents(65).. grandmother(91) and my children(6&9) We all had a great time! Location of this condo is perfect right next to the small bay beach … which was perfect for the kids! They also enjoyed their room with the twin beds! The door in controlled by nest.. with an electronic entry… makes things so much easier.. no keys to carry or forget!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home Away From Home

I'm always hesitant when booking a place for my family to stay. We've been mislead a few times. This is not the case with this property. The pictures don't do it justice. As soon as we opened the door, all I could do was smile. Entering the property you can see the Bay. Property was sanitized and very clean upon our arrival. Open floor plan, plenty of personal space while spending time together in the kitchen, dining and living room. Wrap around counter was perfect for serving breakfast. The shell clock was a perfect additional to the not overly beachy decor. Master bath was absolutely beautiful. All bedrooms were spacious. The property has everything you'll need for the perfect vacation. Owner put a lot of love and attention into making this a perfect place to stay. Owner checked in with us before and during our stay, because she cares. We will definitely stay again. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!!

Amazing Week!

We planned this trip to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, where she brought 2 of her friends to enjoy a week for a beach vacation and everyone had a wonderful time! I liked that the property is located in a private gated community that was quiet and family friendly. Mary, the host was wonderful! She communicated all instructions perfectly, so checking in was effortless. The condo was very clean and had every amenity available so you feel right at home. We had a minor issue with a slight backup in the hall bathtub, but Mary called and had a plumber there to rectify it within 48 hours of our arrival. The view from the balcony was incredible to enjoy the sunrise and sunset each day. The property itself was so quaint and beautiful. My husband and I spent an entire day at the pool enjoying cocktails and beach volleyball. We lucked out with the weather as it was supposed to rain all week, but only had one evening of showers. The walk to the ocean beach took about 10-15 min (not bad). We brought our own beach chairs but never took them out of the car because there were 6 beach chairs and a cart in one of the closets. I can't thank Mary enough for giving my daughter a wonderful week with her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday! And my husband and I a well needed vacation!

Best Family Getaway EVER

This was our first time staying in Sunset Island and this was by far our favorite rental! The unit was very big, bigger than expected, and the location was perfect. Everything on Sunset Island was very walkable. We felt like the small beach near the unit was our own private beach. The pool was awesome, although we wished it would have opened earlier (opens at 11:30am for renters, owners can get in at 11am). But you can go to the bayside beach right next to the pool anytime. The service at the pool was great and we at lunch there and prices were reasonable. Everyone on the island was friendly (a lot of owners present) and our kids made friends for the week at the pool and played at the sunset location on the property in the evenings. There were events and plenty to do there. I also was able to get my coffee in the mornings at the market on premises and I was shocked no lines! We also hit up the market for ice cream in the evenings (open until 9pm). Mary was a gracious host and the unit had all the comforts of home. This didn't feel like a worn out rental, but felt like guests in someone's well-cared for home. We really liked the keypad lock, we didn't need to carry keys with us. We pretty much stayed on the property and didn't have a need to go to the ocean, the bayside provided what we needed. I highly recommend this unit and I consider myself a "local" because I grew up with a beach house in OC (and worked in OC in the summer times), plus I still have family that lives in OC year round. This place is awesome for families with kids.

Location gave the feel of a quiet beach town in bustling OCMD

We love OCMD but we struggle sometimes with the busyness of coastal highway with its businesses and high rises so staying on sunset island was such a surprise. We didn’t walk to the beach because, for our family in the hot and humid weather, it was just too far but we had no trouble parking right off of the beach entrances on 67th st and loved coming back to the serene location with private parking. We also enjoyed the sunset island pool and clubhouse area and even took advantage of some of the community activities like a movie on the beach and some tye dye for the kids. Just make sure you bring things like toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, etc because they are not provided.

One reason our place is so unique to others in Ocean City is that it is self contained. All the amenities you'd need are right there on the Island. A food market with hand-scooped ice cream, an outdoor grill cafe, walking trails, marina... and we have our own private 'beaches' throughout the island that allow your kids to play safely without fear of big waves or massive crowds. Also, the Island has a crabbing pier that you can fish or just enjoy the views on the bay. Follow the walking path that goes the perimeter of the Island and it shows off all the amenities available to you, and is great for sunset walks. They have outdoor movie nights all summer long which serve popcorn and drinks. The indoor pool saves you from a boring rainy day. And for an off-Island adventure, you can walk to the O.C. bus stop which will take you all throughout the Island. Relaxing in our condo in the family room is the best way to relax at night since our view looks out onto the bay and ocean skyline. Simply breathtaking.
