Beautifully refurbished in December 2022, this 3- bedroom, end-terrace house is located in Newton Heath only a short distance from Manchester City centre. New paintwork and deep pile carpet combine to give it a modern, luxurious feel. And also comes with all of the following modern comforts needed to make your stay enjoyable.
One enters into a hallway leading off to: the downstairs bedroom with twin beds and ample storage; a stylish living/dining room with wall mounted flat screen TV and modern dining table; and newly fitted, grey gloss kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a full meal and also includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms with 3 single beds and for longer stays it may be possible to combine to create a double bed. With a total of 5 single beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
There is also a brand spanking new bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, wash basin sink, wc and towel radiator.
As an end terrace, there is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles which is free. And a rear yard for sitting out during the summer months.
