Detta unika trädhus ligger bredvid den berömda Rockin R och Gruene River Rafting Outfitter, som kommer att ta upp floden, du kan rör dig tillbaka till trädet! Världsberömda Gruene Hall & flera vingårdar ligger precis runt hörnet. Turister flockar till detta slangparadis året runt. Tree Top har överlägset den bästa platsen vid floden Guadalupe. Det närmaste hemmet till forsarna och bron i Gruene. Våra gäster njuter av en känsla av avskildhet och natur i en oklanderlig miljö. Tree Top sitter med på två nivåer. Varje nivå har däck som löper längden på hemmet. Den första nivån har två sovrum, två privata bad. Köket ligger på
huvudnivån. Vardagsrum på toppen av trädet erbjuder en queen size-säng och en futon. Övre däck har otrolig utsikt över floden Guadalupe, med massor av nya bekväma utemöbler. Under trädhuset finns ett stort täckt område för uteservering, förutsatt en helt ny grill, picknickbord och gott om sittplatser.
Gå till floden från din egen trädgård. Njut av privat flodåtkomst och njut av grunt rinnande vatten. Till höger hittar du snabbt flödande forsar, till vänster djupare lugnare vatten.

Walkability to Historic district plus access to River!

Location was great and property was all we needed. One nit, as a VRBO owner myself, was no coffee for first morning. Otherwise, all good.

Perfect location in Gruene!

The house was perfect and just a short walk to Gruene. We brought our RTV to drive into town. River access was very close. We enjoyed the area under the house to hangout, along with the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for walking to Gruene Hall

We enjoyed this home. Each bedroom had large and comfortable beds and everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. Perfect for walking to Gruene Hall and not worrying about finding parking for events there.

Great Place

Location couldn’t be more clutch — the short walk into the town and the deck views create an amazing experience. The place desperately needs a deep clean beyond the surfaces Spider webs in the light fixtures, dust on the tops of the flat surfaces and under the beds as well…light in the stairwell was out as well as the light for ceiling fan 100% recommend

This was the perfect place for a gals day/night to celebrate one of our best friends moving/ getting married! Only downside was one of the girls cut her finger while cooking dinner and a first aid kit was no where to be found.

Great stay

Celebrated a family members birthday and the home accommodated for that. The fire pit was great and the river was a short walk down the property. I do wish the exterior photo was updated to reflect no trees around the home. We were hoping for some shade to sit under and enjoy a breeze. But over all was a great visit!

The location was great; although its quite an uphill walk, the house is close to the main part of Gruene. The house was clean, spacious and appeared to have everything you will need (inside and out). Looking forward to staying again...

Great Location

We loved out stay here, however with no living space and us 7 ladies not really wanting to hang out the humid morning air, it was challenging hanging out the king bedroom. The river was great and walking into Gruene was as great (exercise up the hill) and floating right next door was amazing.

Perfect little stay!

Loved our stay! Especially the outside sitting on the balcony and on the ground floor! Short walk to the river to a nice secluded area. Loved the floor layout of the house too!

River House

Great property for 2 smaller families. 2 of the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house from each other so you aren’t next to each other and each have their own bathroom. The deck and fire pit had plenty of room to sit around and great access to the river.

Excellent location for Gruene and the River

Our family enjoyed our time in town and floating in the river. We found the group living space to be most functional outside/under the house. Inclement weather would make this more difficult, but the weather was great for us. Would return.

Greune Getaway

Great location, place was big enough and ok but pretty run down. The AC worked well and the location is walking distance to Greune. There isn’t a living area which is a little weird because there isn’t a place for group to gather. We had no issues with check in or anything at property.
