Bo på Guadalupe River!

Välkommen till vårt avskilda specialbyggda fritidshus på floden Guadalupe, i Gruene Historic District bland stora levande ek, cypress och pecanträd.

Massor av Däck och Uteplats utrymmen (7) finns med den stora övervåningen däck, som alla har utsikt över floden Guadalupe. Gården är skuggad och är perfekt för utomhusmöten, speciellt med gruppens sittplatser och den stora brandringen.

Den stora våningsplanen består av vardagsrummet, ett fullt möblerat gourmetkök och sovrummet och badrummet. Sovrummet har ett badrum, och rymmer upp till 3, med king size-sängen och en extra enkelsäng. Alla rum har utsikt över floden Guadalupe och öppnar köket och vardagsrummet. Dessutom kan 2 hyras i vardagsrummet, genom att använda 2 stora soffor som svängare.

Nedre våningen finns 2 sovrum, som alla rymmer upp till 3, vardera med en king size-säng och en extra enkelsäng. Det finns ett badrum, och fläckande utsikt över floden från alla rum. Alla sängkläder och kuddar finns.

Fastigheten kan enkelt rymma 3 par i privata sovrum och rymmer ytterligare 8 personer, för större familje- / grupputflykter.

Amazing Property

House and cottage were clean and spacious.The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything that we needed to sit on the floating dock and fish. The fire pit was stacked up and ready to just fire it up. This property has plenty of rooms and outside decks. Lots of stairs from the drive at down to the river.

Fantastic location, 2 houses, Guadalupe River direct access!

The location is about a mile from Gruene Hall, restaurants, & shopping! There are 2 houses with direct access to the Guadalupe River in the back yard! Great communication with the Host from the beginning & the best “stocked” house we have stayed at over the years. This was a family trip with husband, 4 kids (16-22 years old), my Dad, our 20 year old son’s girlfriend & her best friend. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Kerrville flood & it rained the whole time as well, so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. There were tubes, 2 kayaks, fishing gear, chairs and several balcony areas to enjoy the view. We enjoyed watching all of the deer that were allOver the neighborhood including in the front & back yard! If the weather would have been better, it would have been pretty closeTo perfect with the river access, the shaded back yard, several outdoor seating options, plenty of water toys, & a mile into town. There are a lot of stairs & the river access is also pretty steep so you will want to watch your footing! If the weather would have been better, we would have really enjoyed our stay here.

Great house in an excellent location!

The house was clean and well stocked. The host was great and responded promptly to my questions. Our family will definitely rent this house again next summer! One thing to mention is that the cost for the float trip isn’t included.

Great Stay!

Great girls weekend in Gruene. House was just as deceived. Spacious, comfortable, clean and was so fell stocked. Communication with owners excellent and you can’t beat the beautiful location. I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful House on the river

We booked this for a family trip. My mother, brother, husband, and two adult kids. This house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. My mother didn't want to leave :-) The property was amazing, and we loved all the decks overlooking the river. The house has been very well cared for and you can tell the owners love it. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great and the living room and kitchen were great hang out places for our family. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect house

This house was definitely the perfect place for my family and my friends family to stay. Access to the river from the house. They had Jerry’s River Outfitters pick us up and bring us back directly to the house. Made things so easy! This house was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. Paper products and all. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Family Get Away

Boat dock needs to have ramp or stairs due to location. Needs ladder also. Boats leak. Needs replaced. Home was great. Better access to the river would be my suggestion.

Great Long Weekend!

We booked for our son's 30th birthday. House has everything you need and then some. Most stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. No running back and forth to the store needing kitchen/bathroom items. Great sheets, comfy beds. Only tip would be if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental would be hard to navigate. Lots of stairs, up hill, down hill, etc. Thank you!

Fantastic Rental

This is where we had our family vacation July 10-14. It was perfect for a large group up to 13 ppl. It is situated in a perfect location directly on the Guadalupe river. There is the main house that provides numerous outdoors patios and verandas. It is fully stocked in all areas. All you need to do is bring your food and beverages The hosts are awesome! They provide you with numerous tubes, two kayaks, fishing poles, 🎣 lifejackets and noodles to swim right off of the floating dock. Their cottage right next-door was really cool and also offered an outdoor veranda. That’s where my husband and I stayed. They provide everything you need for coffee, including coffee, creamers etc., all the spices, and all paper goods and make it very easy for the guests. I would highly recommend renting this unique place! 1 mile from Gruene Hall Thank you Chris and Johanna for your hospitality. We made some fun memories! ❤️

Trip to San Antonio Area

Property had everything we needed. Very efficient operation. Well stocked kitchen utensils and towels. Close proximity to Gruene. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple families. Nice for fishing and watching deer in the morning.

Great place on the Guadalupe River

2 houses together in Gruene on the Guadalupe River with nice dock. 5 minute drive to Gruene Hall. Kayaking was fun from the dock. Caught tons of fish. Made s’mores by fireplace. Both houses were clean & well stocked. Walk to river from back of house is a little sleep so be careful. We had 3 families stay there comfortably for 3 days. Very friendly deer come up to the house to feed. We plan on coming back & staying there next year for sure!

We have an Exclusive Private-Personalized River Float-Trip experience, including pick-up and drop-off of your group, at the 1st-Crossing of the Guadalupe River, for a Float-Trip the begins and ends at our Property's Floating Dock.
The Outfitter will pack all required equipment (tubes, cooler-tubes, rafts, etc.), and Private-Shuttle your group to the put-in point.
Once your Float Trip ends at our Floating Dock, the Outfitter will collect all the equipment.
There's no hassle of parking, paying for parking, waiting in line to rent equipment, riding communal buses, or collecting equipment for return, etc.
Since this is a Private Service exclusive to our Property, you select the exact time of pick-up, as well as the exact length of time you are interested in for your Float-Trip.
