Located in the centre of Madrid, in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Chueca. A highly sought-after location just steps away from Gran Vía and Cibeles Square, perfect for enjoying a few days or a long stay in Madrid.

This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Renovated with care down to the smallest detail, it maximizes light and space, offering its guests the utmost comfort.
On the ground floor there is a diaphanous space formed by a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area.
Going up some metal stairs, you access the upper floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Open and luminous spaces that connect the two floors confer to the environment a great amplitude and a captivating aesthetic.
