The apartment:

Located on a quiet street, in a small building where you can feel good vibes as soon as you enter. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift.

It is an exterior apartment with a separate bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have a small balcony onto the street, so it is very bright.

The decor has been carried out with great care, taking care of all the details to make the rooms as pleasant and cosy as possible, an objective more than achieved. For this, colour mixes, quality art pieces and carefully chosen furniture have been used.

It can accommodate 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, where a round table has also been set up next to the kitchen to work, read, eat or just chat.

The bedroom is divine. Very romantic. It is next to a full bathroom with a shower at the back.

A fantastic choice that will captivate you. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
