Overview
Villa Ca Nostra is located in Cala en Porter, Menorca. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

The villa is set on one floor and has been cleverly designed to make
the best possible use of any spaces both inside and outside.
Entrance to the lounge/dining area is via the main door by the pool
terrace. The kitchen and a shower room are on the right side of the
lounge. On the other side of the house, accessed via an arched
corridor, the 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and main family bathroom
are located.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Ca Nostra has 3 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

Maison agreable, bien équipée, très propre et bien située permettant de découvrir et visiter tous les sites remarquables de Minorque. Proximité de l'aéroport. Petites suggestions : ajouter 1 ou 2 petites casseroles pour cuire des petites quantités, exemple : oeufs durs. Prévoir une cafetière plus grande et électrique + remplacer tire-bouchon HS

This villa was just what we wanted and it met all our expectations. The pool and terrace were astounding. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. Excellent villa. A perfect villa near almost everything: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and other local amenities. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa and the island were perfect for us. We had the best holiday ever!

Villa Ca Nostra is very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Both of the bathrooms were nice and large and had great showers. The pool is a lovely size and well-maintained. We spent some really nice, warm evenings around the pool. Thank you for the superb service! Would stay again. Highly recommend!

The villa was spacious and well equipped, great swimming pool and garden area cleaned and tended by Paco and his wife, very friendly people. Shops and bars are close, only 7-10 minutes walk away. The villa was good value and perfect for our needs, although it would have been better if the pool had been heated; it proved a little cold for our 2 year old. Things that would make the stay even better include a folder of information about the local area, not just about the kitchen equipment. I had to use Google Maps to find where the nearest supermarket was etc. Also, it would be nice to have some basic kitchen items at the property already - we have had that when using Air BnB previously - including oil & vinegar, salt & pepper etc. It was a bit frustrating to have to buy all that kind of thing only to either leave it at the villa or have to pack to take it home.

On balance we had a very enjoyable holiday. The weather could have been kinder we only had two days of full sun. This did encourage us to go out and drive around the island to see new places and areas we have visited before. We found driving around the island to be a delight the roads were quiet and signposting was very clear. We really enjoyed our stay at Ca Nostra it really is a lovely villa and Agni Travel have been excellent. Hope to book with you again soonThank you.

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Ca Nostra in Cala n Porter. Lovely little quiet resort ideal for families ,couples or older folk. Fantastic beach a good selection of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.
